Hands down, best experience ever! On a brief visit to Redding to determine if I would accept a position to relocate I drove by a home that peeked my interest. It was almost 5pm and I was leaving the next day, but went ahead and called the listing office expecting no one to be available. To my surprise Ryan Green was not only willing to meet me on such short notice, but he spent several hours showing me multiple listings throughout Redding. Josh Barker and his crew were great. This was my first time selling, so I didn't know much about the process and was a little nervous about it. Josh met with me and did a great job explaining the whole process. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable with what was happening. Josh Barker and his team opened up an escrow account on my home BEFORE I seen and/or signed an offer from his so called buyers. I did some research on my home and seen Josh Barker was unable to sell my home years earlier due to septic issues (I have the county records). I was lied to HORRIBLY when I bought the home in 2010 from the Bear's Den Reality (Diane Abair and Renee Kenyon), also by Mike Richardson (so called lender). I called Josh Barker and offered to pay for half of the septic issue so the new buyers could enjoy the home...unlike myself. His office and Real Living continued to try to cover up the issues.
