I had been dealing with a broken filling for a few months and really felt it was time to get this addressed. The downside was learning from Dr. Goldfarb that it was not a broken filling but a needed root canal (oh joy) and would need attention and then take a crown on top of it. Worse yet, my particular insurance covered none of the expense and I am not typing what it ran me out of pocket since it hurts even to think about it. That said, I give Dr. Goldfarb a big thumbs up because he addressed the more vital concern of the root canal as fast as possible and has a very pleasant chairside demeanor. No one likes going to the dentist to my knowledge and going to a new one very simply freaks me out even though I can put on an aloof calm and cool exterior about it. Goldfarb appears to be very friendly and pleasant when talking to you during the process. He made sure to numb the working area which for me is super necessary and while it hurt just a tad afterwards, it was root canal so I expected some level of ouch afterwards. Now that is done and all I await is the setting of the crown but there was no reason to hold back on Yelping at this point. I'll return for the followup checkup as long as he is covered by my insurance. At least they will be paying for that aspect of it.

No one else were in line so we were seen right away. Doctor was friendly and were on point in all of our concerns and main worries. So I bought it in hopes of having $800 worth of laser work done at steep discount. Seems too good to pass up right? When I arrived at their location I was told that the treatment I was going to receive really only cost $75-$150 (depending on which person I was talking to, seems like they just make prices up on the spot). So, instead of a 94% discount, I was really only receiving a 33% discount. Had I known this, I wouldn't have bothered to purchase this because it's really not that great of a deal. The staff were pleasant enough during my visit although the equipment used was extremely old looking and couldn't possibly have been the latest available (as I would've thought for a procedure ordinarily costing $800). When I called back the next day to confront them about this huge difference in what is advertised and what is delivered, the staff member was extremely rude, defensive, and hung up on me before we even finished the conversation. All I can say is, do not go to this shady business. Their only aim is to offer shoddy service while misleading their customers into thinking they're getting a great deal when the reality is much, much different.

He was in a rush, haphazardly cut my nails and cut a toe. My toe was bleeding profusely and he just shrugged it off. He used an electric filter and it was so painful. He left my nails jagged and broken. When I asked if he was going to file them, he abruptly aid he did and ran off with his assistant. I had to haphazardly an Aide help me. We couldn't even file several nails because he cut them down to the skin. 4 months later and ny nails still haven't grown back properly. Most haven't grown back at all! He should not be practicing Podiatry, IMO. Stay away!!

Dr. Dawson diagnosed me with a sesamoid stress fracture. He took the time to explain why and how it happened, and more importantly, why we needed to treat it before it got worse. Enter cast boot. Luckily, while I was extremely frightened he would tell me to stop running like a maniac, he said I could do some light cardio while recovering. Essentially, no running. Which, I thought was good, as long as the light at the end of the tunnel was a big neon sign that said, "run." In addition to all that jazz, he started me on a bone simulator to speed up the healing process. I read that these things could take months to heal, but I was out of the boot in 4 weeks and was running pain free with a pair of orthotics modified for my sesamoids. He is one of the most thorough and knowledgeable podiatrists I have been to and I absolutely recommend him to all the runners who I know have foot problems.
