With the oil prices at $5.5 per gallon, a electric water heater was a no brainer. I was going to do it myself but without existing pipes or electrical lines, I quickly realized I needed professionals. I shopped around and other places were quoting me insane prices. Luckily, I found On Point Plumbing. Not only did they save me a ton of money, but they also used Bradford White, top of the line water heater! Michael was great to work with and very flexible, it was especially needed since I work night shift. Gus did a amazing job installing the tank and even hooked it up with insulation foam. Jack the electrician took his time and perfected his craft making sure everything is up to code. As a first time owner I am still learning the ropes but the whole crew was happy to answer my questions and give me advice. I would recommend On Point Plumbing to any homeowners nearby. They definitely live up to their name!

They came out promptly, which was good, but their man didn't even care to look at my old faucet, and replaced it with a "multi-turn faucet", probably because it was the one he had in the truck. I have used Albert Ellis three times this year for work on my 116 year old house in Moorestown…read more Each time, they responded as scheduled, performed the work quickly, and cleaned the work area thoroughly before leaving. They are a rarity among tradespeople these days, both in their reliability and in the quality of their work. Their charges are not unreasonable, and are never a surprise. They bill time by the hour, and always work quickly. This year, we hired Ellis to replace the drain in our 80 - 90 year old basement utility sink, which they did to a high standard. For the first time, we now actually have a clean-out in the line, which is very important. Also, we had them replace our 20 year old hot water heater, which, while still working, was doing so on "borrowed time." The new unit was quickly installed even though I had them switch the gas exhaust from an old, oversized chimney to a direct through-the-wall exhaust. They acquired the permit from the Township, and the inspector told me that the job was perfect in terms of code compliance. We are fortunate to have had Albert Ellis here in Moorestown for more than a century, and even more fortunate that the current generation continues to pride itself on its competence, integrity, and professionalism.
