The hygienist then made me aware that the first visit does not include the cleaning or dentist assessment and need to schedule revisit .Let me be very clear I was there almost 3 hours that first day. I also was not told this would require another appt by said scheduler or I may have chosen another practice. I Returned for my cleaning (which was very good ) and again the Dr was too busy to see me. At this point I was told I'd need a 3 rd appt for her to finish my initial visit . You can't make this stuff up. The Dr did call and gaslight my moment followed by an apology which faded to the wayside quickly. Beware they also billed my credit card 75 dollars 2 months prior to my appt which btw was for and if Appt was missed They did apply the credit but who does that. I did tell the dentist maybe I should have billed her 75 dollars for her no show. They should consider our time is just as valuable and be clear what to expect OR NOT !!

She even went out of her way today to help me choose the correct waterpick on Amazon while in the office, then took time away from what I assumed was her lunch break to discuss teeth whitening with myself and reception (my apologies on not remembering their names but they are wonderful!) I recently have had 2 visits with Dr Bui and I believe my 3rd visit will be anxiety free! The Novocaine injection she administered was painless, everything being done was explained and periodically Dr Bui checked on me during the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. The receptionist, Pat, is so professional and cordial. The assistants are courteous and kind. The office is immaculate and organized.
