Terrible place. Their patient care is horrendous. If you go here be prepared to travel to other…read moreplaces for procedures. I came here during my pregnancy thinking it would be great, no terrible. I went back to nyu. This is a money place not for patient care. They have a terrible way to communicate with patient, they use app called Klara, not good at all. You never see any of your test results online. Then if you need anything like a Tdap shot you need to go somewhere else, if you need to do a glucose test you need to go somewhere else. I had a medical issue and I told them I need medication, they send me medication over the counter when I told them that I have used that already and it didn't work. Then I was told that I need to get infusion, they have seen my blood work for weeks now and they haven't send me to hematology they waited last minute and guess what I would have to go to a different facility. This is where things go left, they can't see anything on their end due to different institutions, which is why it's best to stick to somewhere that has everything you need. Which is way I decide to move my care at 33 weeks of pregnancy to nyu.

I specifically asked the front desk why the ultrasound was being done and was told it was included as part of my annual exam due to my age. Based on that information, I agreed to proceed. I later received a bill for the ultrasound and was informed it was not included in my annual visit. After multiple days of calling, I eventually spoke with staff, but the issue was not resolved and no responsibility was taken for the incorrect information provided. I would not have agreed to the ultrasound had I been told it would be billed separately. Unfortunately, this experience reflects a larger concern noted in other reviews--patients being billed for services they were told were included. The lack of transparency and accountability makes it feel more focused on MONEY than patient care.

I started out seeing Lisa last summer before I found out I was pregnant, and honestly she isn't my…read morefavorite but that's not either there nor here. After finding out I was pregnant I became Diane's patient. Diane is really amazing, calm, and so easy to talk to. She really takes her time with her patients, so the wait doesn't usually bother me unless I'm hungry. I've honestly never had a problem with her. The front desk staff however ... They are nice and polite. I will say but they are honestly sometimes useless and a hassle. It's like as if they aren't quite sure as to what it is they are doing or what their job description entails. I'm not sure if it's because I usually come at a busy time, but when you need something they are not the one to call. I was calling for my gender results for over two weeks and instead of realizing "mhm, this is odd the lab is taking a long time, let me call and see what's up", the medical assistant (whom I really appreciate) , took the initiative and called and realized the blood samples never made it to the lab. Which then ruined my thanksgiving gender reveal. And is obviously ANNOYING. Because now a week later I'm still playing phone tag with them. I can't imagine if it was something more serious how would someone else feel? The medical assistants are both really great but overwhelmed, because it usually just one on shift at a time which I think is odd due to the amount of patients they get. I found that if you come as early as possible you'll be out in an hour instead of coming at a regular after work time and having dinner and the evening news in the office. Like the medical assistants the office has I believe multiple sonogram techs I've had two. One is a lot more straightforward and quick, which sometimes comes off as rushing. While the other is a bit more personal and sweeter. It depends on what you need. I'm okay with either mostly because I'm usually to go about my day. The office in all isn't that bad, it really depends on who you interact with. I love them for OB care and that is probably what has me dealing with the wait times and other issues. It's really clean, you get sonograms every visit, and you get a chance to actually speak to your doctor. The four stars is really for Diane, the medical assistants, and sonogram tech. The wait time and organization aspect can and hopefully will be fixed.

Don't recommend. Find a place that actually listens to your issues and does everything to try to…read morehelp you. First dr Linder only jokes. And probably the smartest, most straight forward dr. He discovered during my pregnancy a life threatening complication and did my surgery that no other dr would be able to handle. I wouldn't trust anyone with my life more than him! Hes by far the best dr in the world, and i cant express that enough. I will forever be grateful for the rest of my life that he is my dr, and i was so lucky to have him deliver my children and save my life! And whole the staff at this office is amazing!!!

Then when you make an appointment he is never on time and I don't mean an hour wait ... on several occasions I waited four plus hours and their excuse is he is in surgery ... PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE! I have to add everyone in this practice are real pieces of garbage dr Aaron David referred me to a specialist and refused to fax over my records because he said I should just bring the records over to them .... I'm not really sure why or how this practice is still running
