If i could give 100 stars to this dr. I would! This dr literally saved me and my baby's life! Hes the most thorough, caring dr that ive ever had. And probably the smartest, most straight forward dr. He discovered during my pregnancy a life threatening complication and did my surgery that no other dr would be able to handle. I wouldn't trust anyone with my life more than him! Hes by far the best dr in the world, and i cant express that enough. I'm not kidding this guy has no idea what it means to have a schedule .... first they tell you he's only in surgery certain days so he can only see patients 2 days a week! Then when you make an appointment he is never on time and I don't mean an hour wait ... on several occasions I waited four plus hours and their excuse is he is in surgery ... I don't know what's going on here but if I had different insurance I would not come to him... don't waste your time with this office if you have other options ... they won't even give you your own blood work to review while you wait for him ... can you believe this? The wait time was excruciating. Like seriously over 2 hours to be seen but once i did i was in and out and that includes a lengthy talk with the dr. and a sonogram and scheduling for my next appointment too. I go back in another week and the nurses there were so nice to me i was really nervous and they helped me alot. HOWEVER the awful kids in the waiting room were horrendous. Like sit the fuck down already. And its beyond rude to have them listening on your phone to whatever shitty show you are playing. I have to say that Dr. David is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. He really cares about his patients as a whole. He is amazing at what he does and is a great consultant, especially when it comes to sensitive topics. He makes sure to treat all young patients like his own daughter. He would be in the hospital at 3 am to deliver a baby. He would be going to the hospital during his clinic hours for emergency case and comes right back to the clinic to see other patients, so just be prepared for some delay with your appointment. He has been practicing for over 30+years. Full of knowledge and experiences in this field. He also has the heart to give back by having students following him and learned from him. I was a PA student at Dr. Davids and I can tell you the following: a) you're gonna have to wait; b) he's not gonna sugarcoat it for you; and c) you will have the most comprehensive healthcare experience of your life. In my time on rotations, it isn't common to find a doctor who is as thorough in your workup as Dr. David. In addition to being an excellent OBGYN, his treatment for diabetics and pre-diabetics is better than most family practitioners! First of all you need to block out a lot of time to see this doctor and/or his partner. I waited one hour and ended up staying for a total of three hours. There is a good reason, they are both amazing!!! He is the only doctor that I know of that does a genetic panel and knows exactly how to treat you based on your genetic history. He believes in natural healing more then prescribing meds and he recommends certain vitamins and changes in your lifestyle before a prescription drug. I was a patient at this office until they stopped accepting my insurance. I didn't know and was never told it stopped participating with my insurance. Well, i received a bill. After long numerous phone calls I managed to have it paid by my insurance. When I asked david's staff I wanted a copy of my last blood work because I had cjosen a new OBGYN, the office manager, Gambi or Gunbi, came out and was upset I was changing doctors. She tried to convince me to stay but why would I stay if you do not take my insurance. Does not make any sense. I now have a wonderful doctor and feel sorry for the patients who have to stay with these doctors. read more

I was seeing Dr. David during my first pregnancy with my son. During my monthly checkup's, I waited between one and a half hours to 2 hours in the waiting room, and then another 30- 1 hour in the actual patient room before he would come storming in. He is very no-nonsense, so if you have any difficulties in speaking up, I would suggest writing down any questions you may have. I constantly feel rushed, either way, often wondering if I even saw the man at all. Sure, his practice appears to be quite busy, but I suppose it would be nice to have the sense my OB actually cared about my entire experience as a whole, since this is my first pregnancy. Throughout my visits, he asked several times if my husband and I are sexually active. The first time he asked, when my husband was with me, I laughed and tried to joke that I was too tired. Dr. David chastised me and told me that my husband will leave me if I don't put out a minimum of three times per week, and harped on that very fact (that my husband WILL leave me, without a doubt) for several minutes before he was able to move on. The last straw came yesterday, when I went in for my 24-week appointment. He stormed into the room with his medical student trailing behind him, as usual, after my full two-hour wait, making no apologies, as usual, and asked if I am taking vitamin D (yes). Then he asked me what I had for breakfast this morning. I told him "frosted mini wheats". He threw down his pen on the counter, turned and looked at me, and yelled, "That's bullshit! Absolute bullshit!". He immediately launched into a tirade about how I will have gestational diabetes (I am completely on track with my weight and at no higher risk than any non-high risk pregnancy), and my child "will have ADHD and a learning disorder". He yelled in my face that because of the "frosted mini wheats", I will have to peel my child off the ceiling because of all the sugar. He went back to my chart, made one more directive for me (to get blood taken and my 1-hr glucose screening performed before my next visit), and left the room. I was overwhelmed and completely shocked by his arrogance and complete rudeness in his speaking to me like a bumbling child, striking in fear in me, an already nervous and scared first-time mom and embarrassing me in front of his staff. I will NEVER set foot in his practice again. If you can tolerate his attitude, the wait, the snotty staff, and his overall air of unprofessional behavior-- he is the doctor for you. read more

I went to Dr Arron as a new patient today . February 5,2019 . I am sorry I didn't read his reviews . He is the worst doctor I have ever been to . His bedside manners are horrific and did not make me feel comfortable.. I rated him a one but that was to kind . While I was waiting in the examing room I heard him talk down to his staff which should have been my first clue . He should absolutely take lesson from his staff they are more professional then he is .. For a Doctor practicing for 37 years he should be ashamed of his behavior . Dr david is by far the most knowledgeable, caring and sensitive dr i have ever met! His staff is also incredibly sensitive and amazing. They are always there when you call and have a question. My wife and i came to him after losing a child late in pregnancy. He gave us excellent care, told us to go on the right vitamins, and was there for us every step of the way! We felt like we were not just another patient. He worried about my wife like she was one of his own daughters. We experienced a high-risk pregnancy while under his care and felt like he was a incredible advocate for us. I highly recommend dr david and staff! read more

Dr. David and Dr. Fomitcheva are the most thorough Ob/Gyn doctors out there. The wait may be long, but it is for a reason. They take the time to do a comprehensive exam and blood workup, as well as explain everything so that you understand exactly what is going on. And most importantly, they care so much about their patients. Dr. David says it how it is, but it is because he genuinely cares about you and wants the best for both your physical and mental health. I have known Dr David for almost 18 years. Yes he is a no nonsense doctor ,however I have to give him full and complete credit for catching my precancer of the cervix extremely early and because of his excellent skills I have never had to worry about my female health,. I unfortunatey suffered a very rare cervical ectopic pregnancy , which is in fact quite a dangerous stuation. Not only did he give me his home and cell numbers in the US,but when he needed to go to Israel for a short period of time while they were trying to treat it medically versus a d&c , well he gave me both his numbers in Israel also. Unfortunately for me the medical option the high risk specialist insisited would work did not and I wound up bleeding out and being rushed into the hospital literally bleeding out in their waiting room. I called his office after being sat in their waiting room for 20 minutes (They were in no rush to get a woman with a blood pressure of 50/30 into the ER. ) Well I did wind up needed ing the emergency d&c to save my life and I found out after the fact that if it was not for Dr David calling the hospital and screaming at them that I was dying while they had me waiting , well I probably would have bled out waiting in the ER waiting room. So while his waiting times can be quite long at times and his bedside manner is not always as comforting as some women might like it to be, the fact of the matter is the man knows his stuff and he will not let anyone get in his way when one of his patients need care. He truly cares for his patients and only wants what is best for them,so I will take his abrupt manner anyday over the other option of being treated by an apathetic doctor. There is no doubt he saved my life that day, also learning after the fact that he gave me a medicine that insurance normally does not approve but would help staunch the excessive bleeding quickly. My suggestion is if you would like to get out of hisoffice quickly , to make appointments first thing in AM ot he last appt of the day. Alot of the reason his appoinments tend to take awhile is because he is quite in demand and also because when he feels that he needs to administer to a certain patient at a precise interval, well then the people waiting to see him , do need to wait a bit longer. if you feel the need to get into see a doctor at a quicker pace then I am sure htere are several others you can see. Myself , personally would rather wait the extra time and know that I am getting the best possible care , with someone who is making the most informed decisions...All just my opinion from my personal experiences with Dr David Thank you read more

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr David, I have been going to him for 17 years and would never go to anyone else. He is beyond thorough and knowledgeable, will do his best to respect and honor your wishes but your health is his #1 priority. He delivered both of my children, most recently a week ago by a successful VBAC which most doctors and hospitals are not willing to even consider especially since I was fully dilated and pushed with my first pregnancy and ended up with an emergency c-section. He went through all the risks with me and did not fill me with false hope, but knowing how bad I wanted a vaginal birth he kept the VBAC as an option as long as my labor and delivery went smooth and did not put me or my baby at risk. The wait time can be long which can turn people away but it's worth every minute to get the care you receive. He never rushes through your appointment and answers every question you have. And he makes himself available 24/7 if you really need him which is unheard of. He really is the best doctor. read more

The worst possible human being/Obgyn and the staff combination! Huge huge huge mistake!!! God knows how many times I left his office in tears because he treats you like a dirt bag. Yells at you for no freaking reason even for the mistakes his office done! He forces you for hospitals and the choice of insurance what works for him. Then one day a collection agency calls you because the hospital he sent you doesn't cover the service you got. Etc etc stay away!! When I decided to quit him (because I didn't want him to deliver my baby) the office gave me hard time to give my medical records. I had to had my lawyer handle the process. I'm telling you stay away from this evil place! After this horrible experience, I went the most awesome Obyn Joseph Koka in Bethpage.I highly recommend him after Mr.David, he's Mc.Dreamy! hands down the worst dr I've even been to. I was really insulted, I couldn't believe it and I honestly felt so uncomfortable. I went into see him as an emergency because my dr who is in the office with him (don't like her either!) was out that day. I had gone in for cramps and a little spotting, I was 10 weeks pregnant and obviously that's a little scary! well I told him my insurance (which they do take) and he literally yelled at me and said he will NOT see me unless I switched to another specific plan, I just met you and you're scolding me for an insurance plan that your office takes?? then he was asking what I ate for breakfast and I told him I've been having a hard time with morning sickness so I've been sticking with cheerios and Special K, he then proceeded to bang his hands on the table and raise his voice (again) because Special K is not good for me. all of this is within a couple minutes. Once he finally calmed down he asked me if me and my boyfriend have sex..nd are active ..obviously, I'm pregnant. he told me I had to go on "bed rest" for a week and not have sex to keep an eye on the spotting. Then he goes on to tell me that a man won't stick around if they're not satisfied and there are other ways to satisfy "my man" than intercourse. He also left the door open when I had to put my pants back on so I had to get off the chair in a paper towel and close the door with people walking by, awkward. That's just a few points the whole 15 minutes I was with him I was very uncomfortable. and would 10/10 NOT recommend this man!! don't want to give him a single star. read more
