The results only became more incredible with each passing day 18 Jan 2024 2 months post When I heard about FaceTite I was extremely Skeptical. Just turned 65 and looked it. Dr. Fradella introduced me to FaceTite and a thorough Consultation I couldn't wait to finally have a non evasive Procedure that sounded so Promising. The actual time spent in the surgical room was about an hour. Given the swiftness, I had my doubts. I left with a cotton head dress to hold chin up and there was swelling. I immediately iced my face and drove home. Since I had my lower lids done also, I was a frighting sight. There was no pain, a little discomfort but nothingness what I had feared. early the following morning I had to fly to FL for my Mother's Surprise Party. Bad Timing you might think; however within 24 hours the swelling was almost gone, no bruises and my neck started to look tight. Misdiagnosed;prescribed a drug I should never have been given for several reasons. Even if she didn't read my medical history I spent 45 minutes filling out in detail; even if she only looked at my DOB she would have realized the drug was contraindicated in someone of my age; even if she only looked at my current Rx list she would have realized the Rx she gave was contraindicated bc of interactions with an existing Rx. To add insult to injury she said if this drug didn't work I would wind up in the hospital on IV antibiotics! Twice I called to find out the results of my "tests". I was met both times with "what tests". Finally I was told " all your cultures were negative". I had my primary call to find out what I didn't have. He was told I had " like a small abscess"! This drug can cause tendinitis and ruptured tendons up to 6 months after cessation. I've had severe shoulder and other joint pain since a few days after taking the drug. She prescribed a bad drug that the manufacturer took off the market for an 'infection' I might or might not have had! Never again. read more

I can't Stress to anyone enough that, Dr. Fradella is an awful lipo surgeon , does a horrible job, refuses to give pain pills if your screaming in pain, doesn't return phone calls, her staff is clueless and never calls back as well, her office is ancient history atmosphere barely want to sit in a seat it's so gross, you will wait at least an hour from your appt time every time . It's been a while since I've updated the review and receive lots of messages for updates. I have Little to no scaring. Stomach still remains flat in areas of lipo.It's also good to remember that even tho you have fat removed you can easily gain weight back without diet and exercise. Your fat molecules that remain will over compensate w/diet and exercise.. example. I never had love handles, but after my surgery i developed stubborn fat in that area and other areas. To ensure the best results exercise and diet regularly. Results in pics are a few years after surgery with little to no exercise or no diet and then with regular diet and exercise. read more

This office is not the same since the original doctors left and one past. My visits are key to my survivorship. I diligently go for checkups to keep healthy but although the staff still to this day remains amazing and Lisa who gives the sonograms, amazing, I question the doctor's knowledge and ability. Who gives a breast exam while the patient is sitting and not laying down (my last visit, she didn't give me one - it was only because I asked for it this time, that I got one - this is concerning). My folder is a mile long, she came in with a sheet of paper. When I questioned her why is that? she said everything is on the computer? What computer..... there is none in the exam rooms for her to go back and see my history. This is a absolutely alarming to me as I am a very complicated patient with a past history that would knock your socks off. I don't believe that nonsense, as the previously doctors came in with my actual folder. I believe there is no wait time because a lot of their original patients left this office to find another. Now they are not even open five days a week. I'm disappointed with the doctor, but never disappointed with the staff. I think I would only go back for sonograms and nothing more at this point. My health depends on better care. read more

Anyone who reads my reviews knows that I believe having a successful outcome with a Doctor depends largely on the consultation prior to having anything done. A simple chat with questions ....what you think will happen, want to have happen and to learn more about the procedure is, in my opinion key. I went to see Dr Fradella even after reading some of these reviews. I was preparing to have to wait according to what I'd read, BUT was pleasantly surprised that within 5 minutes of taking my jacket off, I was in a consultation room with the Doctor. Again, thinking about what I had read, I was thinking that the consultation would be rushed.(as the waiting room was full) BUT Far from the truth... She was present and patient with me and all my questions.. i did my research before coming for my appointment on the procedure I was interested in, and found Dr Fadella to be very candid and practical about the results I would get. She dissuaded me from what I had planned on doing, and advised me where I could use the treatment for best benefits. I felt very confident that I was in the right place and booked my appointment for the end of march. While I haven't had the procedure done yet, I did want to speak about my experience because I know how confusing it is to weed through all the information out there... good, bad and ugly. Dr. Fradella was exceptional. It was my first time seeing a gynecologist (I'm 21). Yes, I did wait over an hour to be seen, but the staff were very friendly and apologized for the wait. When Dr. Fradella came into the room for my examination, she was very kind and listened to every question, comment and concern that I had. She took her time and I didn't feel rushed at all. I was 100% comfortable talking with her and she took the time to make me understand what she was doing as far as the examination and genuinely took interest in me. So yea, the wait is long and that is annoying. But, in my opinion, it was well worth it for a wonderful doctor. read more

I wouldn't give this Dr office even 1 star! I booked an appointment a week ago and when I arrived yesterday at 10.20am- there was no one in the waiting room. Reception was very messy, papers everywhere, pens left all over the place and it looked that whoever was working at that time , left reception in the middle of busy morning. Couple of people came in and out, phone was ringing the entire time and after 20min wait, I became very concern and i went to the back part of the office, asking " is anyone here?!". Within couple of minutes, one of the laboratory door opened and I saw that woman is putting clothes on. Woman did not came from the back door, she obviously spend some time there( while I was waiting and the phone was ringing!). Woman, called Christine I believe, had her face swollen, hair very messy and she was still drooling from deep sleep that I obviously disturbed. I said to her that I caught her sleeping and point out how unprofessional she is. Christine start saying that " she just walked in" and start yelling at me asking " who are you?!". She was in panic and not knowing that I was in a hallway, seeing everything, including that she came out of laboratory room , not from back door. I wanted to see a doctor and I would definitely tell her what happened. Woman, being in panic, called doctor ( not in front of me, but from back office) telling me that doctor cancelled appointments and she will not be able to see me that day. I reschedule it for day after( today- 06.29.2016). Funny enough, I just received a phone call from someone from dr office telling me that doctor cannot see me today either and she is going on a month vacation, so I am left hanging. I would go back there due to extremely messy office unprofessionalism that is beyond believe and maybe poor DR Francine is not even aware what kind of lazy , discussing, lying people are working for her. Just called about getting my test results due to a very serious matter and the office manager Christine was being extremely rude to me because I asked about my co pay that I wasn't supposed to pay, I didn't have my insurance card on me because my mother is the primary so I had told them my mother would be sending it via email they still charged me a 25 co pay .. I asked for a refund and she said she didn't care what I was saying .. and hung up on me without telling me my results !! Absolutely so uncalled for and rude !! I have been going here for years and this is how they treat me ! Never coming here ever again ! She should be fired and never work with customer service ever again. I have never been treated in such a way at a "professional" doctors office! So sad because I actually like Dr. Fordella a lot. read more

Used to go for gyno appointments. I decided to stop going because her waiting area was so unbelieveably dirty. Ripped up couches, dust EVERYWHERE looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ages. Super dirty It was so bad I had an allergy attack and had to leave. Don't believe me then go see for yourself !!! NOT TO MENTION the dr is only nice the first time you go see her. Any other needs you have to get in contact with her she is extremely rude and inconsiderate!!! Switched my doctor because she is horrible. After 15+ years as a patient i was going to start trying for my first child. I told her this at an appointment and she failed to inform me she no longer delivers. So after already becoming pregnant they try to get me to see her colleagues, I was so upset, i could have built a relationship with another ob once I was thinking of starting my family had I known, so last minute after being preg already I had to rush to find new docs as her colleagues didnt deliver at the hospital I wanted. On top of that recently my sister went (also been a patient for over 10 yrs) and they charged her a copay even though she stated more then once she didn't have one(she didn't have the card on her) my mother- a former patient for 15 yrs before relocating) is the primary insured and sent a copy of the card via email, Christine still made a fuss so my sister paid (trying not to be confrontational) and said once she had the email to call her. My sister had to call back for test results and also asked for a refund as it was confirmed she wasn't supposed to pay a copay. Christine instead of just apologizing was trying to talk her way out of the fact that she had never checked her email(she claims she didn't get it even though my mother had the sent email that says delivered and confirmed she had the right email) and when my sister was trying to explain you shouldn't have charged me before you confirmed- her response was and I quote "I don't care what your trying to say" and then hung up on her- without giving her, her test results! - which were important as she had just been in the hospital with pelvic pain. I had liposuction done 11 days ago. I'm totally happy with it. Dr. Fradella took her time explaining and during the procedure. It is painful afterwards. Medication helps. It does take good 7 days to feel some what normal. 2-3 days are not enough of course it will depend on how much area you got operated on!!! Only thing i did not like that there was no post op call and no directions on if any follow up appointment is needed. Every time i called the office someone answered and they answered my questions. most of these reviews are for the lipo business she runs. seeing as she's MAINLY an obgyn, i thought it would be fair to even out the record a little. I never do yelp reviews because I think it's a waste of time but there's honestly only one review abut her obgyn practice and I don't think that's fair. the negative reviews are really petty and silly--it's "messy", "there are papers everywhere", "no one was even there". how does that relate to either her liposuction practice or her obygn practice? she's a doctor not a maid. it's not a pigstye but it's not as clean as a surgery room because it's a WAITING ROOM. the receptionists are always very very friendly and nice and occasionally you know what? they walk away from the desk to go talk to the doctor, go put things away, grab things patients might need, go pee etc. What do you do? Go sit down and wait until they come back. Waiting time is usually around an hour but that's the amount of time I wait for other doctors anyway so can't really say that's singular to this practice. You have to make an appointment two weeks in advance so that's a little annoying but nothing can be done about that either. Dr Fradella is nice, friendly, a good obgyn. I go in, she asks about anything I've been feeling in the reproductive region, I tell her, we talk about what to do about it, she gives me my prescription for birth control and I'm out. if you're having trouble with insurance they'll do their best to help you out as well, like point you to practices that might be able to help you. I really can't complain about anything. if you're going in for lipo, make sure your expectations are realistic. weight loss and a healthy lifestyle are not one second fixes. you can't just suck away all of your problems without really trying to change how you live. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I was forced to find a new doctor, as my current OBGYN for many years no longer accepts my insurance (for which I was not notified), found out when I called for appointment. With what I felt was a medical emergency, I was referred to Dr, Fradella, who seemed nice enough, but not thorough, The follow up care is deplorable. And this office does not return calls!! At one point they could not locate my file, and again promised to call me back, but again did not. In order to get blood work results, I had to contact Quest, and fax it to their office, because they claimed they did not receive it. Finally, they went over the results and sent me for a sonogram, which they again did not follow up and go over the results with me, even after I called them. After over a month of dealing with this unprofessional office, I decided to take my medical reports Dr. Fradella ordered (that I obtained on my own) and found a new doctor, and now I am getting the care and treatment I need..
