Not to mention my delivery experience was traumatic due to a membrane sweep gone wrong, causing a placenta abruption. and she could not be reached.

Well she was railroaded and insulted, uncared for, and thankfully I found the reviews, she was able to run as fast as she could to someone who is actually a doctor, not just a skin sack with a diploma. I will not share her full story as I do not want this hurting her, although I am posting with blessing. The positive reviews on here, at least the early ones, are either sheer luck or a ratings mill. It is also possible they wore a MAGA hat, because from what I was told (and I trust this person with my life and my children's ) they was a sure fire way to get good treatment. My politics and way of life do not matter, nor do my friends. AS A DOCTOR she took an oath, one which I hazard she does not believe or fulfill. Take from this what you will, I am a father of 4 and having been there at every birth, pregnancy, and day of their lives, I believe know enough to both trust her and my intuition... my advice as just another dad is avoid her at all costs

I came here during my pregnancy thinking it would be great, no terrible. I went back to nyu. This is a money place not for patient care. They have a terrible way to communicate with patient, they use app called Klara, not good at all. You never see any of your test results online. Then if you need anything like a Tdap shot you need to go somewhere else, if you need to do a glucose test you need to go somewhere else. I had a medical issue and I told them I need medication, they send me medication over the counter when I told them that I have used that already and it didn't work. Then I was told that I need to get infusion, they have seen my blood work for weeks now and they haven't send me to hematology they waited last minute and guess what I would have to go to a different facility. This is where things go left, they can't see anything on their end due to different institutions, which is why it's best to stick to somewhere that has everything you need. Which is way I decide to move my care at 33 weeks of pregnancy to nyu.

I specifically asked the front desk why the ultrasound was being done and was told it was included as part of my annual exam due to my age. Based on that information, I agreed to proceed. I later received a bill for the ultrasound and was informed it was not included in my annual visit. After multiple days of calling, I eventually spoke with staff, but the issue was not resolved and no responsibility was taken for the incorrect information provided. I would not have agreed to the ultrasound had I been told it would be billed separately. Unfortunately, this experience reflects a larger concern noted in other reviews--patients being billed for services they were told were included. The lack of transparency and accountability makes it feel more focused on MONEY than patient care.
