Oh, and they also forgot to send my sample to the lab! What a waste of time! They said 3 times a charm! After multiple days of calling, I eventually spoke with staff, but the issue was not resolved and no responsibility was taken for the incorrect information provided. I would not have agreed to the ultrasound had I been told it would be billed separately. Unfortunately, this experience reflects a larger concern noted in other reviews--patients being billed for services they were told were included. The lack of transparency and accountability makes it feel more focused on MONEY than patient care.

A month and seven phone calls later (I was told with each call it would be filled, then nothing happened) I find out that an appointment is now needed to fill it. An appointment I do not have time to make, but might have had time for after the first phone call a month prior. I'm fortunate to have had good health and need limited medical care, I worry to think about what would happen in an emergency. Avoid this place.

This place is a community oriented health care provider and most importantly for all genders. I am glad there's a place like this for everyone that not only helps the community but does not discriminate if someone does not have insurance, on the contrary, they help everyone regardless of insurance status to get health care.
