In the lead up to the appointment, I spoke several times to the most excellent administrators who walked me through the process and pricing, and gave me a great option to cover the cost (Sychrony's Care Credit), should I need it. The office staff are all very knowledgable, well-mannered and friendly on the phone. Dr. Milne did take his own X-rays, and I can see why: they were several times clearer than those my dentist had taken. His novocaine injections are the softest in the business, and I'm a baby when it comes to needles. The procedure was painless, and after it was done, we looked at the x-rays together so that I could see what he had done. It was also nice to have a thumbs up on the state of rest of my mouth. He comped me some extra-strength ibuproferin, and sent me on my way. Super pleasant man with good chairside manner, never brusque. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Milne and his staff to my family and friends. Perfect experience for what - for most of us - is an otherwise grim prognosis.

Dr. Pai is strictly an endontist. He is very friendly, gentle, fast, and efficient. I seriously didn't think I could have been done that quickly, but I even saw the before and after x-rays to confirm it. The proceedure was completely painless. I only had some lingering gum soreness afterward. The staff is friendly and helpful. The office doesn't deal with insurance companies, so you will need to pay them directly at the time of the procedure, but they will help you submit your insurance forms. Because Dr. Pai is strictly an endontist, you can expect to pay a little more than you would at a general dentist, but considering that this is the man's specialty plus the fact that he's fast and painless, I think the choice is definitely worth the money. Because of Dr. Pai's care, I can say this root canal was a breeze...and after hearing other people's root canal stories, I am very glad that I found him.

Last time the GPS sent me to the wrong end of Fox St; and kept rerouting me back to the same spot. Today the GPS did it's job. The front desk staff informed Dr. Blondin that I was here; and almost immediately I was ushered into an exam room. His assistant had me in two bibs to protect my clothes, asked if I wanted music, I thought I was on a cruise ship. Every knob, handle, wire, instrument in the room was covered with plastic. The Zeiss microscope was in its own sealed plastic bag. Dr. Blondin was in shortly. He explained what was going to happen today in his cheerful and reassuring voice. After a local analgesic; the work began. A dental dam was applied, then the drilling began. All the while the doctor was letting me know what was going on during the procedure. A few X-rays latter I was almost done. The X-rays showed the true picture of the bicuspid and the repair done. I'm way past the age of being in awe of anything. This endodontist office leaves me awestruck. Everyone does their job with precision and acumen. If you need a great endodontist - This is the place to go to first. What's that old saying? "you've seen the rest; now see the best". I'm paraphrasing.
