Dr. Bruce Milner and his staff are the kindest and most compassionate dentists I have ever been to. Transcend Dental is truly Transcending how Dental Practices should operate, focused on care and the community. I was having a Dental Emergency in which I was in excruciating pain, had visited the ER Twice in one weekend, in which I was prescribed escalating pain medications for what they said was an exposed nerve after a filling fell out in my back molar. I was able to snag an emergency appointment that Monday from a different dentist, who just evaluated me and told me to make another appointment in 2-3 weeks for extraction. I was in so much pain, that I was feeling the throb in my tooth even through the pain medications, hadn't slept more than an hour at a time in 4 days, hadn't had real food in 5 days, and was slowly losing my mind as I had been losing the ability to even walk without being in excruciating pain, especially at night. I went on a mission and called every office and oral surgeon that was in network with my insurance, all were booked out 4 weeks-6 months. then somebody recommended Dr. Milner and his staff. I immediately called their office, and told them what was going on. I was met with compassion and empathy, a level of caring that I had not yet received from any other dental office in over a week. I was told to immediately come in so they could take out the tooth. I walked in at 11:25, expecting to be waiting a while since I was being squeezed In, and I was taken in and numbed within 15 minutes of walking in. Every staff member and Dr. Milner assured me I would be taken care of and would feel so much better. I was immediately at ease. I have sensory issues, particularly when it comes to sounds, textures, and feelings. Dentist offices always give me anxiety, but not Dr. Milner and the Transcend Dental practice. I never felt anxiety once. When the tooth extraction finally happened, the tooth came out within 90 seconds much to my surprise, and after I verbalized my surprise, Dr. Milner made a joke and I was actually so relaxed, I giggled! Amazing Staff! Amazing Dentist! Amazing Practice! I've already told dozens of people about the practice and I will continue to do so. I don't know what I would have done without Dr. Milner. ABSOLUTELY the WORST dentist I have ever been to. On my first visit the receptionist asked my age and when I told her she said "oh too young for me"... Then the guy they had working on me had MS or Parkinson's or an essential tremor, he couldn't keep his hands still. They did the 3D printed crown that was WAY too big and it fell off within 2 days. I went back and they stuck it back on and it fell off again. Milner worked on me the 3rd time and he was condescending and completely dismissed all my concerns. The crown fell off AGAIN and when I went back he was combative and abusive. Milner is a complete and utter CLOWN!!! Don't waste your money with this pack of idiots. read more

I have severe dental phobia. Ive had nightmare exeriences with many dentists. I have no fear going to Dr. Milner. He seems to have his own style of dentistry. First of all you are hardly ever in the chair for more than ten minutes. I had two teeth that were decayed below the gumline. There was very little teeth showing. My old dentist said the problem was too complex for him, i would need to see an oral surgeon. Another told me something similar and that i would have to be put to sleep for this surgery. Bruce Milner, removed both teeth with just novacaine, and no pain, in 44 seconds. (His assistant timed him). In another session, he did the first part of a root canal and a wisdom tooth extraction, in less than ten minutes, also pain free. He is very pleasant and has a very calming office. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Milner. Amazing dentist. read more

Unbelievably Bruce Milner and his team got me in and fixed with 3D tooth technology! I had a cap fall off and I thought I'd have to wait weeks and get a temp.. but in 15 minutes Bruce and his staff in the coolest Woodstock environment stuck a small 3D camera in my mouth, put the picture on a computer, and instantly printed a 3D exact matching tooth. Serene atmosphere and caring, individualized service. As a dentophobe, I first went when I had an abscess and needed a tooth pulled. i was so anxious, i was gripping the arms of the chair, and Dr Bruce started to chant over me, a sweet mellow song that made me relax. It cured me of my phobia. They have a calm, zen like decor in the office and screens in front of the dental seats where you watch placid images while listening to soothing music or whatever you choose. I'm horrible about dental work - like a lot of people, i had some really negative experiences when I was a kid and it has made me not only afraid of going to the dentist but I've neglected my teeth as well. They are friendly here but thats about it. I had a root canal done and a tool was somehow broken off inside my mouth. They try to scare you into doing dental work that is not needed. I have since returned to a dentist I used to use. read more
