Being a preferred provider with the Dental Dental of Washington network, I can get up to four periodontal cleanings per year, paid at 100%, and what is more, nitrous oxide is also covered, whereas before I had to pay $35 per visit. Being as most of us are not rich, we need to take advantage of as many paid-for services that we can; after all, we're paying a premium price for the dental coverage to begin with. The whole staff at Dr. Matthew Kelley's office was totally professional and courteous and did not argue with me over charges or future bills. The best dental experience I've had. Not to mention they use the latest sonic prophy/cleaning technology for periodontal cleaning that my former hygienist did not have, and that is an added benefit to be enjoying the latest technology. They say things happen for a reason, and they're right. Kelley Family Dentistry is absolutely recommended if you're a new patient. The latest building and technology and the cleanest offices and restrooms I've seen since being in the hospital. A+++ My dentist for life from now on.

Be prepared for a long story, but know it's because I have good reasoning to love and appreciate…read moreCedar View Dental. From my first dental appointment as a toddler through my teens and early twenties, I had the same dentist and orthodontist, Dr. Robison. His staff remained basically the same in twenty years, and they were always warm and friendly. They treated me and my family like their family. When Dr. Robison had to stop practicing, I was devastated. In the few cases I had to visit other dentists, whether it had to do with cost or insurance, it was never a good experience. My family soon realized paying more money to stay with Dr. Robison was worth it. So out of fear of bad experiences, it took me a few years after he stopped practicing before I came around to finding a new one. Unfortunately, my first dentist recommendation turned out to be awful. It took me just three visits, one of which included two botched impressions (having that stuff slide down your throat is not pleasant!), and having one of the fillings they gave me break off, that I decided I needed to stop giving them any more money. I had read good reviews about Cedar View Dental and Dr. Perkyl in the past, but my employer at the time didn't provide the right insurance. This time I had new insurance that was accepted there, so I decided to call them to get my tooth re-filled. When I arrived, I found out that Dr. Perkyl was retiring and that Dr. Jonnes would be my provider. I hadn't heard anything about Dr. Jonnes up until that point, so I was nervous, but I went through the appointment anyway. Though my first experience with Cedar View Dental was getting a cavity re-filled, it was still pleasant. It prompted me to schedule my first cleaning, and then the rest of the care I needed after. I had to visit Cedar View Dental 8 months out of the last 12, but it wasn't so bad knowing I was being taken care of the right way and I was always comfortable. My teeth are finally getting back in shape and I have Dr. Jonnes and the staff to thank. Gina is my hygienist and she's AMAZING, with a ton of knowledge. She is gentle with my teeth and so friendly. The dental assistants Holly and Christy are both just as gentle and caring. When the other cavity done by that awful dentist fell out most recently, they got me in right away and Chantha (who is also wonderful!) helped me out. I just can't say enough good things about them all. I feel like a human being rather than another mouth to tear apart. They also always offer encouraging words while you're stuck in the chair and check in with you consistently to make sure you're doing alright. And even though I originally was nervous to have a younger and newer dentist, Dr. Jonnes is awesome and does great work. Everyone seems to have a bit of perfectionist in them and I'm not complaining. From the moment I step in and I'm greeted by Selena and Laura, to setting up with Gina and being seen by Dr. Jonnes, I get the same feeling of warmth, friendliness, and comfort that I had with my dentist growing up, and that's worth everything to me. I tell anyone I can that they should be coming here, including my parents who are stuck with a sub-par dentist. I know once they make the leap they'll wonder what they were doing with their old provider. Thanks for everything, Cedar View!

I was assured by the dentist at my last apt. that this would NOT happen. Today I was informed before my cleaning apt. that my teeth MUST be probed, and they don't give a damn. If I want my teeth cleaned that's what's going to happen. Supervisor was yelling at me and wouldn't listen to me. I canceled my apt. and my insurance with Willamette... They do NOT give a damn if they hurt you!! Do it their way or don't get your teeth cleaned... This wasn't a cheap plan. At 69 I have had my teeth cleaned Many times and Willamette is they ONLY ONE who does this probing before cleaning.... Update After calling Customer service as Marnie S asked I filed a complaint that will take 30 days to review just to ask them NOT to stick my gums with a sharp tool. Just so I can get my teeth cleaned All I can say is WTH do I pay $90.00 a month for?? They just want another $90.00 before they tell me no cleaning without hurting my gums by probing them...NOT a good Place to go for Dental Care. They really do NOT Care!!!

Jenny was recommended by my real estate agent, and I have to say that it's one of the best…read morerecommendations I've ever gotten. I had previously gone to a dentist in Mill Creek, but when I moved to Lynnwood, I wanted something closer. Jenny's office is literally two minutes from me, but honestly I would drive all the way to Mill Creek for her service. I live literally two minutes from this place so the location is great. The office is a little sparse and lacking of color. The waiting room is nice, but in the exam rooms, you won't find TV's or an art gallery on the walls, although there are few pictures. But who goes to the dentist to watch TV and look at art? I've had two appointments so far-one initial appointment and a second one today to get a partial deep clean. The first visit went really well and I was a little nervous because it had been well over a year since my last appointment. I was greeted by the assistant who took me into a room for x-rays. Then I was escorted into another room for the exam. Jenny introduced herself and was extremely friendly. She explained the results of my x-rays thoroughly and answered all of my questions. She even had technology that allowed me to see what she was looking at on a monitor. We discussed options, such as a deep clean and having a filling fixed since I've never broken one before. Today's appointment went really well. I went in to have the deep clean on my right side and knew that I'd have to have my face numbed. Jenny was very patient and through with the process and it didn't hurt at all, aside from a few stings here and there. When I first sat down she asked me if I wanted a pillow and/or a blanket (what a wonderful surprise!), so I opted for a pillow since the pillow on the chair wasn't very comfortable. She brought out a really cute fleece pink pillow with Eeyore on it. Next time I'm definitely getting the blanket too! During the visit, she asked me more than once if I wanted to take a break, but I opted to keep going. Still, she made sure that I was okay and when it was finished, I was pretty lightheaded from the anesthesia, but she had me sit in the chair for a while until I was able to get up on my own. I was really surprised that it only took about an hour and a half for the process because I was expecting to be there well over two hours. She apologized for not talking very much during the visit and said that she doesn't talk very much while she's working. And I appreciated that. This is the best dentist I have seen in a very long time. The last dentist I liked almost as much ended up retiring many years Ago. I'm very glad to have found this place. Jenny is sensitive to the needs of her patients and seemed genuinely sympathetic when I mentioned at our first meeting that I had lost my husband two years ago. I mentioned it because we used to go to our dentist appointments together, so it's hard for me to go alone. But Jenny makes me feel special and I know my husband would be happy about that. I'm only sorry that he never got to meet her.

Jenny was really friendly and checks if you're ok throughout the process which I appreciated. Before the extraction, she had to numb me several times. The staff here are really friendly and like how it's clean and organized here. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist!
