Of course, I called my Delta Insurance, and the Dentist office and ask why... and they said, "we took too many X-rays within a 12 month period... and you owe us $". This is a case of taking advantage of the dental insurance coverage a little too far, and when they start charging it out of your pocket, I would not recommend.

I recently visited Dr. Park for tooth extraction and implant, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The office was clean, and comfortable. Skill & Expertise Dr. Park is not only highly skilled, but also takes the time to explain procedures in detail on each step which really put me at ease. The whole process was quick and virtually painless. They use state-of-the-art equipment, and I felt very confident in their care. Affordability I was surprised by how reasonable their prices were, especially considering the high-quality service I received. I've been to other places where the prices were far higher like over $ 5K-6K for 2 implants for two implants evenafter insurance. I originally looked up and booked an appointment here for my husband who refuses to go to a doctor or dentist when he's in pain and they were able to get him in and when I went inside to pay for his visit, they got me to book an appointment for a cleaning (Lord knows I was well overdue for one because I have the worst teeth issues since I was young). My husband has a female dentist at the time but I was scheduled with Dr. Jason Byun. Anyways, I've been here for maybe a little over a year now with my regular cleanings, deep cleanings, more major procedures and every time they have all been so kind and they really listen to you when you're describing the issues you have. And when you're someone like me with a history of problems... it's really nice of them to genuinely care for their patients. Today I went in for another cleaning and Leila was just very knowledgeable and helpful answering questions as to what is happening inside my mouth rather than the usual "make sure you brush your teeth and floss". Being a preferred provider with the Dental Dental of Washington network, I can get up to four periodontal cleanings per year, paid at 100%, and what is more, nitrous oxide is also covered, whereas before I had to pay $35 per visit. Being as most of us are not rich, we need to take advantage of as many paid-for services that we can; after all, we're paying a premium price for the dental coverage to begin with. The whole staff at Dr. Matthew Kelley's office was totally professional and courteous and did not argue with me over charges or future bills. The best dental experience I've had. Not to mention they use the latest sonic prophy/cleaning technology for periodontal cleaning that my former hygienist did not have, and that is an added benefit to be enjoying the latest technology. From my first dental appointment as a toddler through my teens and early twenties, I had the same dentist and orthodontist, Dr. Robison. His staff remained basically the same in twenty years, and they were always warm and friendly. They treated me and my family like their family. When Dr. Robison had to stop practicing, I was devastated. In the few cases I had to visit other dentists, whether it had to do with cost or insurance, it was never a good experience. My family soon realized paying more money to stay with Dr. Robison was worth it. So out of fear of bad experiences, it took me a few years after he stopped practicing before I came around to finding a new one. Unfortunately, my first dentist recommendation turned out to be awful. It took me just three visits, one of which included two botched impressions (having that stuff slide down your throat is not pleasant!), and having one of the fillings they gave me break off, that I decided I needed to stop giving them any more money. I had read good reviews about Cedar View Dental and Dr. Perkyl in the past, but my employer at the time didn't provide the right insurance. This time I had new insurance that was accepted there, so I decided to call them to get my tooth re-filled. When I arrived, I found out that Dr. Perkyl was retiring and that Dr. Jonnes would be my provider. I hadn't heard anything about Dr. Jonnes up until that point, so I was nervous, but I went through the appointment anyway. Though my first experience with Cedar View Dental was getting a cavity re-filled, it was still pleasant. It prompted me to schedule my first cleaning, and then the rest of the care I needed after. I had to visit Cedar View Dental 8 months out of the last 12, but it wasn't so bad knowing I was being taken care of the right way and I was always comfortable. My teeth are finally getting back in shape and I have Dr. Jonnes and the staff to thank. Gina is my hygienist and she's AMAZING, with a ton of knowledge. She is gentle with my teeth and so friendly. The dental assistants Holly and Christy are both just as gentle and caring. When the other cavity done by that awful dentist fell out most recently, they got me in right away and Chantha (who is also wonderful!) helped me out. I just can't say enough good things about them all. I feel like a human being rather than another mouth to tear apart. They also always offer encouraging words while you're stuck in the chair and check in with you consistently to make sure you're doing alright. And even though I originally was nervous to have a younger and newer dentist, Dr. Jonnes is awesome and does great work. Everyone seems to have a bit of perfectionist in them and I'm not complaining. From the moment I step in and I'm greeted by Selena and Laura, to setting up with Gina and being seen by Dr. Jonnes, I get the same feeling of warmth, friendliness, and comfort that I had with my dentist growing up, and that's worth everything to me. I tell anyone I can that they should be coming here, including my parents who are stuck with a sub-par dentist.
