I have been trying to get my medication filled since 4/24 after my appointment. This issue has been ongoing since 4/24, and it is now 4/28 - the last update I got was on 4/25, saying "Sorry for the delay." I call customer service and they just say my provider is so busy with over patients. I'm happy he gets to help so many people, but I wish I could receive the treatment and care I pay for. It's like $159 per appointment for a 10-minute conversation. Why can't my issue be resolved? it's been over 72 hours and nothing is being done. I need my medication filled.

Still no manager, no one from the American branch office of the company will contact you. They make sure they have their outsourced customer service reps as a buffer 100% of the time.

I think it takes an intelligent person to understand about weight loss, healthy eating and exercise. If you think this was a joke, why would you go?
