I have been trying to get my medication filled since 4/24 after my appointment. Anytime I write a review I get an automated reply saying "sorry, someone is working on this case" - But that's false. Nobody is "actively working on my case." This issue has been ongoing since 4/24, and it is now 4/28 - the last update I got was on 4/25, saying "Sorry for the delay." I call customer service and they just say my provider is so busy with over patients. I'm happy he gets to help so many people, but I wish I could receive the treatment and care I pay for. I was a Medvidi patient for approximately a year and a half and had successfully received treatment through the platform during that time. After recently moving to Pennsylvania, however, what should have been a straightforward continuation of care turned into one of the most frustrating healthcare experiences I've had. Over approximately three weeks, I was moved between three Medvidi providers. The first provider completed my appointment, continued my established treatment plan, and sent my prescription to a pharmacy. The pharmacy happened to be out of stock. For approximately a week, Medvidi's Care Team attempted to contact the provider simply to have the prescription redirected to another pharmacy, but the provider apparently never responded. Medvidi then scheduled me with a second provider. I completed another appointment, and that provider also continued my existing treatment plan and sent the prescription to a pharmacy. That pharmacy was also out of stock. When the Care Team attempted to have it redirected, I learned that this provider had left Medvidi. I was then scheduled with a third provider, Dr. Nidal Babaa. The provider joined the appointment approximately 15 minutes late, but we completed the visit. During the appointment, I specifically asked where my prescription would be sent and was told that my treatment plan would be continued and that it would be sent to Wegmans in King of Prussia. When nothing was sent, I contacted Medvidi myself. I was then told by the Care Team that the provider had instead documented that I needed to see someone in person and that the prescription would not be sent. That was the exact opposite of what I had been told during the appointment. If the provider had determined that an in-person evaluation was medically or legally necessary, I could have accepted being told that. What was deeply concerning was being explicitly told during the appointment that my existing treatment would be continued and the prescription sent, then discovering only afterward, by calling Medvidi myself, that something entirely different had apparently been documented. It also made very little sense to me that after approximately 18 months of receiving telehealth treatment through Medvidi, and after two Pennsylvania Medvidi providers had already continued my treatment, I was suddenly being told I needed in-person care without any explanation of what had changed. I tried repeatedly to resolve this through the Care Team, but I seemed to speak with a different person each time and could not get a clear answer. I also emailed Medvidi with a detailed timeline and asked them to review the situation, explain what had happened, and clarify whether I could continue receiving care through their platform. It has now been approximately two weeks, and I have received no response by email or phone. To be clear, I understand that pharmacies being out of stock is outside Medvidi's control, and I am not criticizing a provider's right to make an independent clinical decision. My complaint is about the complete breakdown in continuity and communication: providers becoming unreachable or leaving the platform, contradictory information between what I was told during an appointment and what was documented afterward, repeatedly having to chase the Care Team for answers, and nobody responding at all when I attempted to escalate the situation. After being a patient for a year and a half, I did not expect to suddenly be left without any clear explanation of whether or how my care could continue. This was honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a medical service. It felt completely unprofessional from start to finish. For my first appointment, I waited over an hour with no response. I kept calling customer service and was told to wait, but even after more than three hours there was still no resolution. Later I received an email asking me to reschedule, with no explanation at all. Since I had already paid $195 and my situation was urgent, this caused a lot of stress and anxiety. I scheduled a second appointment. This time the doctor showed up on time, but the technical setup was terrible. I joined early with a stable internet connection and working equipment, but the doctor couldn't hear me. After about 20 minutes of troubleshooting, I could hear him, but the audio was extremely unclear and cutting in and out, likely due to very low-quality equipment. I could barely understand anything. The evaluation itself was extremely brief--just a few basic questions--and I was quickly diagnosed with ADHD and prescribed 10mg Adderall. I later spoke with my primary care doctor, who strongly recommended an in-person evaluation, saying that such a short and unclear assessment is not sufficient for a proper diagnosis, especially considering the potential side effects of the medication. It got worse. I received a message that my prescription was ready, but when I went to the pharmacy, they told me it had been canceled. I called customer service again, and this time I finally got through--only to be told I needed to book another appointment with the same doctor and pay an additional $150. I asked for the doctor's notes since I couldn't clearly hear the consultation. They told me I needed to sign a consent form. I did--twice. The first time they rejected my signature, and the second time I provided a fully handwritten version matching my ID, and they still refused to release the notes. At this point, I'm left with no answers, no proper documentation, no medication, and being asked to pay even more money for another questionable appointment. When I asked for a refund, I was refused in a rude and dismissive manner. I'm honestly not sure if this is just extreme incompetence or something worse, but this experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Update: Medvidi will not return you calls if you request a refund. It's pretrg rare a company will actually clearly admit that their employee made a mistake and still refuse a refund. Their outsourced customer service reps (India) are all trained to talk in a circle to explain to you why you don't get your money back. Even when the customer service rep said: "you're correct, after listening to your recorded call we confirmed our customer service rep told you the wrong information." Still no manager, no one from the American branch office of the company will contact you. They make sure they have their outsourced customer service reps as a buffer 100% of the time. read more

I did both appointments, 30 days apart, and received an email saying your letter is on its way. Two weeks go by without an update, so I follow up. WHOOOSH . . . did you see that? That was my last bit of faith in the medical machine shooting into the sky thanks to MEDvidi! I am a 69 year old man and have never been on ANY medications, have a well balanced diet, plenty of exercise, but have been suffering with insomnia and anxiety for at least a decade. Lately it has gotten so bad I am living in a daily fog from lack of sleep. Wife said I needed to do something; getting an appointment with any doctor in our area is at least 2-3 months out, so I thought I'd give MEDvidi a try. Within seconds of the start of the interview I knew this wasn't going to go well. This "mental health professional" was clearly an angry person and annoyed with even having to talk to me. Several times she put her face in her hand ("facepalmed") as if she was thinking "why must I be subjected to this?" Her grasp of the English language was so poor that I had to keep asking her to repeat sentences, and each time she YELLED her poor language louder as if that would make it better, obviously growing more angry. At one point she asked what I had done to alleviate the issues, and after a long list of remedies (exercise, meditation, etc.) I casually mentioned I'd even tried Kratom because it's legal in my state. This woman flew into what can only be described as a RAGE, and even tried to tell me Kratom was an opiate (which it is not, do your research.) The only way I could calm her down was to say "I only tried it and like I told you, it didn't work." The dismissive and demeaning tone continued for the rest of the interview. I'm supposed to be the one requiring mental health assistance and this person was clearly unhinged, all I could say was yes or no to her questions. She wound up prescribing two expensive medications with a long list of side effects - one of which the Mayo clinic admits doctors "don't even know how it works" - and due to the increasing mistrust with this crazy "health care professional" I canceled them both and will not be taking these poisons. Janet or Julia can save their responses, I have read all your condescending and patronizing responses to these complaints and you're like everyone else in your company, you don't care at all about helping anyone. "Health Care" has become an oxymoron, no one in this industry cares about our health, you to keep us just sick enough to keep the circle jerk between medical, big pharma, and insurance going strong. Their services are outsourced and regardless of what information you provide prior to your appointment, you have to sign a consent saying you may not be prescribed medication which makes you ineligible for a refund under any circumstances. I was prescribed medication almost two weeks ago and the pharmacy still has not received the prescription. I have been calling everyday to see what's going on and I keep being told that the prescription is pending, however nothing seems to happen. I figured I'd go ahead and write a review for Mango Clinic so here it is: I was looking for quite a while to find someone who was LEGIT who could give me an ESA letter.
