The owner offered to do a second coat to resolve these problems. This is the state of our floors now: bubbles and peeling everywhere. The pictures depict the worst section of our floors- the living room. But we also have large gouges in the dining room area and discoloration and peeling in the bedrooms as well. This company has obviously done some excellent work with polished concrete- the pictures posted here convinced us that this company can produce high quality work. Our mistake was agreeing to the microtopping process which was recommended as a cost-savings option. It still cost us a little over $10k. Yet, here we are, not even 2 years later gearing up to pay for an entirely new floor for our entire home. Do not get this product. Do not let them talk you into this product. It does not save you money. You would be better off just setting your money on fire instead.
