He explained everything in detail, and the best part is he did exactly what he said he would. He sourced the new Palm, provided us with options and delivered it. Matt arrived in a large Tree Masters truck that has an extending arm and bucket where a person can stand to reach high trees. Then had a bobcat to dig out the roots and replant with the new one. I live on a corner house without any fences in my house. So you can see me woirking in the yard, also periodically I would peer in the front to see if anyone is in my home. So Mr Carlos never gets off the car to knock on the door or even drive around the corner to see us working the yard.
