This time she's telling me I will be sent to COLLECTIONS! Note she called me yesterday! I have the proof that it was paid by my bank, which they don't accept. On one of the 1st notices Thelma told me they had theft on their end and there was a police report written. I have the copy of the Metro Dade Police Dept, case #PD240620194603. Written as an information report. Theft of clients checks affecting approximately 30 clients. My bill was paid. Now they continue to harass me for an "affidavit", from my bank, Wells Fargo. I verified yesterday that they do not have such an "affidavit". What they have is "PROOF OF PAYMENT", which they are not accepting. Offered numerous times. I give one start just because my grass have more weed, I mean a lot more weed that when they stared. I gave them my grass with almost zero weed and I had a complement from the technician who come to see the lawn the first day. Today i cry to see weed all over the place... Green, yes is green any fertilizer does it. I keep using them because when I stop the contract with them (3 different lawn care companies in the past) after 3 month I have all kind an insects and different kinds of fungus that destroy my grass in weeks. Still is some patch and yellow color all over the place, they just spray and I have to wait 2 to 3 weeks to see the results. No matter who you call, all lawn control companies are the same garbage, the only difference is one is WORST than the another one. I too am UNDER COLLECTIONS because I received a bill saying I hadn't paid. I called the office and spoke with Thelma July 5,2024 after receiving a notice I hadn't pd my bill who advised they had a police report written by Miami Dade PD Case #240620194603. I called my bank and reported it, giving the information. On July 5, I got an email from my bank saying it was paid out of my account, plus it shows on my bank statement. After getting another past due notice on 11-15-2024 I called and spoke to Lydia, who advised the manager, person who had the report written, Jason Synowski, would call me when he got back in the office. Like others that have reviewed "One Two Tree", I never got that phone call. With a copy of the police report in front of me, according to the report on 04/22/2024 several checks were never delivered by USPS, either stolen during delivery or from their mail box. The Report states Mr Synowski was asked if they had camaras. of course not! Not working! Yesterday I got another "PAST DUE" statement, which has greatly effected my credit rating. For the rest of you 29 customers whom are victims of "ONE TWO TREE", be aware they are trying to make us pay our bill twice and sending us to collections! read more

I have nothing but, amazing things to say about One Two Tree. I have been with this company for 1.5 years and my lawn looks great! Even when I have had issues with it eventually someone comes out to fix the issue. I recently had a random fungus show up out of nowhere and the manager came out personally to take a look at the property. Since then a technician has come twice to not only get rid of the fungus but, also to follow up with more growth enhancing goodness at-no cost. Aside from that they work with your budget and and you can ask them to come every 2,3,4 months or twice a yr. Whatever works for you. As long as you are aware that the less frequent they come out the more your grass can get weeds and be healthy but, no promises. They are honest and work hard. They only come to the property for about 15 mins but, those 15 mins have changed my lawn! A lot less weeds and fuller. I would totally recommend hiring them and as them to be straight forward about your lawns health, your expectations and get a schedule that works for you both! read more

Excellent service and very professional and responsive. Rick, their main Arborist, came out and assessed the situation. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He explained the process and made sure i understood. He was in constant communication with me and everything he said would happen did happen and happened exactly when he said it would. Day of, i had the pleasure of working with Justin. He managed the day of. Him and his crew came and methodically removed a 45 foot Hong Kong Orchid i had in the back yard. It was right in the back of the yard and tangled with all the utility lines. They took it down piece by piece making sure to be careful with the power lines and also with my property and my neighbors property. They removed it and did an amazing job. I recommend them to anyone that needs to remove a tree. It is hard to find people in South Florida that you can trust but One Two Tree can be trusted. It also hard to find people in South Florida that will be respectful of your time and do things when and how they say they are gonna do it. One Two Tree did all of that. 1000000% recommend. One Two Tree is fantastic. When we bought our home, we knew we would be needing a tree removal service, but didn't know how soon.. there were 2 Royal Palms literally a few inches from our roof, and these palms towered high at 50 and 60 feet tall. Our concern was the fronds falling on and killing a child; falling from that height they have a lot of power. There was also a beautiful Royal Poinciana in the front less than a foot from our driveway (whose roots quickly started lifting our driveway). Occasionally I would hear big thunks on the roof and wonder "what the heck?" We soon realized those were falling palm fronds and they were breaking our roof tiles.. (and one almost landed on our dog). One day while relaxing outside we realized one of the huge palms had a family of woodpeckers living inside of it.. meaning there was a large hole. Then we noticed a big crack that ran over 10' long. It was time. After 3 people came out to review and provide estimates, we knew One Two Tree was the company for us. They were very knowledgeable of the species of our trees, were friendly and easy to work with, timely with an estimate, and insured. Insurance is a big deal, especially since they needed to get on a lift, and since there was a risk of a palm tree going through our home. They realized the one palm was a hazard and said it needed to come out before a hurricane came through or we may not have much of a home left once that tree feel through. While it is not as quick as getting an appointment for the following week, they are worth the wait. A hurricane (Erika) was headed our way, and despite the rain delays, they removed our palms just in time so there wouldn't be an issue.. thankfully Erika missed the mark anyway. When the damaged tree came down they realized it was actually much worse than originally anticipated; the tree was hollow a large way through, so the tree would have snapped quite easily. Very bad experience with this company ! The job they did to my garden was not good. I started noticing so many weed grass all over my property. It was very expensive ($100 for few minutes treatment ). I decided to closed the account and they are keep asking the $$$ for last treatment which I didn't want. This company continually comes thru my neighborhood and leaves their "completed service" stakes in my yard after I have called and asked for them to stop - because I have a very green and good looking lawn that I pay PETRI PEST CONTROL to manage. It's like they want others to think that my lawn is being serviced by them. The manager was knowledgeable and addressed and agreed with my concerns but only because the individuals who gave my estimated was incompetent or just having a bad day. He said my ferns were all diseased with scales and my palms in front suffered from nutritional deficiency, Also was told my 2 gardenias had a fungus but with treatment would survive. Well , I research what was on my ferns, no scales but healthy and demonstrated normal spores. This was confirmed by the manager. The palms were not sufferings from nutritional deficiency but rather from scales and the two gardenias died. Paid a lot to treat my entire yard however because of the assurance of the employee but now no faith in the company because of this one employee. At least the manager was sympathetic and allowed me out of the remaining contract. I would use this company in the future if all staff is trained by the manager and as knowledge as the manager. read more

Great job by the crew. They showed up on time with a larger crew, as rain was forecasted. They moved all our personal items out of the way to avoid damage. They did an excellent job of trimming back the trees and hauled away all the debris. There was not a single leaf or branch left for us to clean. And the driveway where they used the chipper was spotless as well. Can't say the same for the FPL crew that came out earlier in the summer. Those guys broke our light fixtures and left a pile of debris that we needed to clean. read more

Alejandro serviced the lawn for weeds, fungus, chinch bugs without me even asking and then he fertilized. He was polite, professional and thorough. I've worked with 12 Tree for nearly 4 years. It started by saving two foxtail palms located in my front yard (my association was driving me nuts). Anthony who came out mention it would take nearly 1 year to show results. Needless to say 1 year was up and the palms did show signs of recovery. MAYBE they are good at trimming trees.....but as far as lawn weeds and pests or fungus, they seem to be clueless or just don't care. They kept saying it takes time. Well, one year later, my lawn is worse than when they started. And even worse than the actual lawn care is their customer service. I contracted with One Two Tree about a year ago to service a ficus hedge and an oleander tree that was planted ten years ago as a centerpiece in my front yard. The ficus has white fly; the oleander invites a specialized caterpillar in the spring. Each plant needs a specific pesticide. The technician, usually on a cell phone as he ambles about the front yard, serviced the plants adequately on two separate occasions. However, I was not home when he came about a month ago, his triennial trip, but his incompetence was clear within a week of servicing. The large oleander turned yellow and has continued to shed yellowed leaves for a month. Many of the branches of the tree look dead or dying and, ironically, I spotted a caterpillar yesterday who will probably much on the few green leaves left. One of the "experts" or troubleshooters from the company responded to my angry phone calls and inspected the oleander. Not to worry: it would recover shortly. He prognosticated that the technician mistakenly allowed some of the ficus pesticide to be injected into the oleander. I just need patience, as I watch yellow leaves dropping copiously onto my mowed lawn- for how much time, I can't imagine. Caveat emptor! This is the deal in Miami with "tree and plant experts!" A lot of hype, very little expertise, with grossly bored "technicians" on cell phones distractedly spraying chemicals into valuable property that turns into a homeowner's nightmare. One Two Tree seems to be the kiss of death to my oleander, and I doubt they care or understand fully what they did to my plant. I need to find a bona fide horticulturist to analyze correctly the condition of the tree- costly and perhaps ultimately futile to saving it. My words to you, consumer, check out their academic credentials, find out whom One Two Tree is sending to your house, and for pete's sake, make sure you are outside watching their every move and questioning the specific chemicals they are using on your plants. Take pictures before and after, as I always do. Or you too may look out your front windows, and amidst the greenery, see a barren tree that looks like it survived a nuclear winter. read more

We contacted One Two Tree, Inc for tree services on our property. Rick, the Operations Manager for the Tree Division, provided a comprehensive assessment, walking us around our property to explain what needed to be done. We thought he was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. The work was extensive, and included pruning of many very old trees (mahogany, oak, avocado, mango and palms). The crew did an outstanding job on our property. The difference is already amazing, and we know that the trees will look even better in a few months. We had two crews, with bucket trucks and wood chippers, and they worked for three days. The men were very professional, and always left our deck, sidewalk and yard tidy at the end of each day. Rick met with us at the end to make sure that everything was done, and that we were pleased with the work.
