Today I went back in and the girl returned them and then redid the sale but charged me the same price again with a 2% discount. How does that even make sense??? All colors, styles and price ranges. They were having a trade in with a discount of 30 percent. Staff at this location was very attentive, helpful and accommodating. I was told this shop was the best place to get shoes refreshed. When I picked up my six shoes, the leather uppers were scuffed, there was glue on the leather, the new rubber soles had residual glue not wiped off, and had been cut a little too much. I took them back and waited in the lobby for them. I imagine whoever worked on them was in a rush, tired or blind because the shoes came back looking pretty much the same. I didn't bother asking to finish the shoe as it was already pointless with my two attempts at getting the shoes decent. I would never recommend this place to anyone if you have a pair of shoes you really love. Terrible experience. I do not recommend.

I went straight to the register to ask for them to tell me the color from my past purchases which they say they couldn't do ( because apparently they have a kohls system) I go through my email to find my receipt and find the color and it out of stock so I asked if they had any in the back, and they didn't which is fine, but the staff at my normal Sephora would have suggested similar shades or brands that carry that shade. They just honestly weren't helpful at all and it wasn't even busy.

I would say their items run on the large size, simply pay attention to the materials and if they have stretch. Overall, I love their store from Texas, wish we had one here.

It's clear I am not the target audience. Silly to think that sharing this feedback to the manager a few times would help lol. What I thought was immature or undertrained staff is actually the product of a toxic, shameful and unacceptable culture. Saturday, I stopped by for something cute for a dinner date. No one greeted me or asked to help. I walked around with an arm-full of clothes... no assistance. I asked for a fitting room. Someone sorta pointed. While dressing I heard the staff GLEEFULLY welcome other patrons and offer to assist if needed. Interesting. There were only about 4 shoppers present. I was the youngest and only nonwhite person. When I stepped out of the dressing room, a staff member behind the desk merely stared at me. She didn't ask me if I liked anything, needed anything, wanted anything... total disregard. I had my teen daughters with me and for the first time was embarrassed for trying to fit into a place that obviously doesn't want me there. I will spend my money where I'm treated kindly.

This adorable little store front, located in the Brandly Park shopping center, has a great selection of purses and shoes. Although, I've got to be honest, I've never purchased their shoes - never found any show stoppers. With that said, I think their specialty is purses for sure. I have purchased my last 3 purses from Pursona, and every time I'm in town I make the stop to see their selection. I especially love how they don't carry mass quantities of the same styles, making you feel like you own a one of a kind. I give this store an A++ for style, accessibility, and girly-ness

I should have known how this visit would unfold when I saw the "handwritten sign" notifying patrons of the store hours and mannequins in the window dressed with items the store doesn't sell. The last time I visited I was told they had been painting and weren't officially open. So my question today is, "Why is it so hard to keep an 8.5-9 shoe size?" The saleswoman had the nerve to tell me that the shoe I requested had been restocked but she only had "small" sizes available. I'll continue ordering my Free People shoes online. Forget about supporting local businesses. I was greeted and asked if I was looking for anything in particular (which I was) and she pointed me in the direction I was already in. She was NO help in her pink dress and sneakers (you'll remain anonymous). Here's my opinion, when women such as myself are shopping for "flats" and you're a contemporary woman, no one wants a kitten heel. My late grandmother would have loved them. RIP I have decided that yesterday was my last visit especially when I've been supporting this establishment since its inception. I'm honestly quite disappointed and wish someone would open a quality shoe store in Columbus, GA with outstanding customer service. Their website isn't even updated.
