I felt bad that I popped in here and only spent $9. There were five guys waiting for a customer and I bought a small box of collar tabs (the little doodads you slide into the collar of a dress shirt to keep it straight) and got a second one as a BOGO deal. What I did see was a well stocked shop with suits and shirts and ties that go on for miles and miles. DO NOT RENT TUXES FROM HERE! Go to any of them but the summit location. Honestly it has been a disaster from the get go. Here it is the Thursday before my wedding and they still haven't gotten tuxes in... they told me hopefully by 6:30 tonight. Our wedding is located out of town and we were supposed to be at a party for us tonight at 6:30 at wedding location.... Corporate was wonderful in taking my complaint. read more

We came in a couple of months ago to order a suit for a wedding that my fiancé is in THIS WEEKEND. To start, he came in early august to get measured and to order the suit. Come mid September, we called bc we haven't heard anything back. Well come to find out, the guy never ordered the suit. So we had to come BACK in for measurements (now we are in the third week of September). Two weeks go by, they call to tell us to come back to try the suit again and do final measurements. We come in, and the pants were ordered 4 sizes too big. They told us that they couldn't fix the pants even though it was their fault the measurements were put in wrong. After talking with a different employee, they told us they would do the alterations but it would take 2 more week. That puts us getting the suit the day before the wedding. While all of this is going, they charged us for the 1st order (the one that never got put in), the second order and the alterations. $400 later, we go to pick up the suit, and the pants are still WAY to big. And it's too late to get alterations to fix that. So go at your own risk, we will not be using them for any more occasions. read more

DO NOT use them for your wedding. Or anything else for that matter. I have been there 6 or 7 times just to get our wedding order straightened out and they have yet to figure things out. Every time a groomsmen goes to order a suit, despite my multiple trips and calls to the store, repeated conversations with the manager, choosing and re-choosing the suit, and filling out paperwork, the salesmen are never able to find our wedding or the correct suit in the system. I am appalled at the customer service and flat out idiocy at this place. This has been THE MOST frustrating part of planning my wedding, and I'm just praying that the groomsmen all get a suit in the end. I will never set foot in this place again after my wedding. read more

Everything started off great and spectacular in the beginning sizing me and my groomsmen and offering a better deal than Men's Warehouse. I'm glad they got the sale, but the follow through on the order was horrific, and I almost didn't have my suit (the groom) for my wedding. Here's a timeline of events to show you: March 11th: Suits bought April 1st: Suits arrived (so far, so good!) April 15th: Shipped to my groomsmen (should've been a week earlier) April 6th: Tried my suit first time (coat was ordered wrong/shipped back) April 27th: Asked salesman when my coat would get in since I haven't heard anything; salesman said he'd let me know "asap" when it would come in May 3rd: Never heard from salesman, so called store asking if my coat had come in yet; they said it would be in next week May 10th: My fiance and I go to store to try my suit on again, and STILL no coat; salesman said he would send the tracking info to me..."asap" May 14th: Never heard from salesman again, so spoke to manager and she gave me tracking, which instead ended up being the order number...nothing related to shipping. She gave me her phone number and said to contact her from now on. I try and never get a response back from her, so end up talking to salesman again (thanks or nothing manager). May 15th: Finally have tracking and says they received shipment details on May 14th...aka salesman never sent info back to corporate to get the exchange entered! May 20th: Coat finally comes in and I fly out in 2 days for wedding on May 25th...cutting it WAY TO CLOSE for comfort JosABank. If you end up going with JosABank, DO NOT go to the Summit location. Service is terrible, and all they care about it making a sale...no follow through or taking care of you. Our salesman was way too laid back/chill. I can't speak for any other location, but maybe this is why others before me gave it one star as well. Go to this location at your own risk. They were used for a wedding I was in. 5 out of the 8 tuxes had something wrong. One was way too big and they did not offer any help he had to buy suspenders to keep the pants up. The ring bearers vest was the wrong color even though the correct color was on paper. Another was too short. They also did not seem to care when we complained. I know they were refunded for the ring bearer. They also used a really harsh chemical to clean the tux that caused the ring bearer, who is not allergic to anything, to break out really badly the rash was only where the tux touched him. This was not a pleasant experience and any friend looking to get married will be immediately told to count Joseph A. out. 2 stars only because they refunded one tux that I know of. read more

I don't generally like dressing up, but when I do, I like my clothes to fit well, and I've had good experiences with the suits at Joseph A Bank. Kevin, the manager at this location, is quick to assist and did my most recent fitting very efficiently, and I've been pleased with the result. read more

They measured me on August 8, and in mid-September I went to pick up my rented tux, to find it to be grossly too small. The wedding I was in was two days later, so there was no time to do anything about it. It was humiliating. Never going back to this place. Men's Warehouse is vastly superior and better priced. read more

This is not a reflection on the company as I enjoy the brand. But this location, has literally the worst service I've ever dealt with. I was downright insulted. Not only was the service from the two very grey, very old men that reeked of cigarette smoke just plain awful and unfriendly, it was at times insulting. Not only did it take them 15 mins each time to find my wedding suit by my name, the grooms name, but when the bride's last name momentarily slipped my mind, I got the (rude tone) " boy i'll tell ya you kids these days just don't respect anyone, how can you not know the brides last name" " I think its just pitiful of you to not know" ..... I'm sorry you old POS. I went to work today at my real job, where I probably earn more than triple what you do ( because this is clearly your retirement fall back plan because you were unable to succeed in the most successful economy in US history while you ruined ours today) and at this job I have to remember 100's of names daily. Congrats on employing rude, pathetic , tobacco reeking old men that insult your customers. read more
