The one I tried was the second to last but also the one. Super easy decision once I saw me in it. My intentional concern was alterations. Alterations lady though...was so BOMB! No matter how many times I needed her to take it in she was accommodating. In the end the one issue I did face was with my bridesmaids dress. I had bridesmaids in different parts of the country. They helped me pick the ones I wanted send my girls they info to find in their states. They where forthcoming when my MOH dress was delayed do to the pandemic. I can go on some more but in my experience I was happy long and short.

Since we knew we were running a little behind, we called ahead and asked if they could wait just five more minutes, and we were led to believe that wouldn't be a problem. We made it there with only minutes to spare, but instead of being greeted or even spoken to, the employees looked directly at us, refused to open the door, and simply walked away. We waited outside, hoping someone would at least come explain the situation or apologize, but instead two employees walked out, got into their car, and drove away without saying a single word or acknowledging us. After making a five-hour trip, this was beyond disappointing. What hurt the most wasn't that they were closing--it was the complete lack of communication, professionalism, basic courtesy, and respect. A simple conversation or apology would have gone a long way. Instead, we were made to feel like we didn't matter at all. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. If this is how they treat customers before they even walk through the door, I can't imagine how they treat people inside. I would never recommend this business based on the way we were treated.

Starting from the booking of my bridal appointment to the team sending me a text to confirm my appointment for the next day! When I entered the store masks were being worn by the entire staff and they seemingly followed COVID-19 protocols. I thought I knew the material I wanted my bridesmaids to wear but very quickly my stylist Trinity came to the rescue! She educated me about fabric and the importance in making sure dresses for your maid-of-honor and bridesmaids have continuity with fabric type and the same designer even if you want them to have varying styles. Trinity was a team player in that when my maid-of-honor and I wanted to see dress options compared against one another, she volunteered to model these gowns so I could visibly compare and contrast the two gowns against one another. This made the decision making process much easier! This is A+ customer service and I am now considering purchasing dresses for my flower girls and my groom may possibly purchase his tux from this shop as well!
