I am very impressed with this company. Travis Goode answered the phone on the first call, he and…read morehis crew were very busy with existing work. However, he took the time to listen to the problem (Leaking main). He added me to his schedule very quickly. He knew that I was very stressed out and worried about the situation. His crew came out and took care of everything. The service was professional, friendly, and affordable. The difference between Goode Plumbing and others that I called.... The others would not give me even a vague ballpark figure of how much it would cost or how quickly they can fix it without coming to my house. Goode Plumbing took the time to let me explain everything, I send a couple pictures, they provided me with a ball park idea of cost. I understood that it could change once his crew arrived due to my explanation and other things that may change the estimate. They fixed it and stayed at the quote. There was a little misunderstanding, but they were willing to take care of it, however I was able to take care of it on my own. I do not feel as intimidated by my plumbing as I did before this incident. They took the time to explain so many things to me.

Travis and his crew are fantastic. We have used them since 2020 when they installed a whole house…read morewater filtration system which is really great. They were good at communication, getting work done in a timely manner, giving a fair price and being so friendly. Most recently, we called Goode Plumbing when our filtration system needed some maintenance and to have some plumbing work in the kitchen. Carter and Scott did a fantastic job. They were right on time, professional, really great at explaining what they were doing (even providing information on a plumbing need we have in the future) and super friendly. They left everything clean, wrote up a very descriptive summary and everything was repaired or replaced as planned. I hope to see these two when we do our next plumbing project.

Two weeks ago, Jeff came to our house due to the master bathroom flooding whenever someone flushed…read morethe toilet or ran the shower. Now, we have had this problem in the past, but we've gone about 2.5 years with no issues. Anyway, he said the problem was fixed, the shower was running when he left and the bathroom didn't flood. We assumed everything was fine. The very next morning I turned the shower on... Flood. Unfortunately we had a family emergency out of town, so we weren't able to address this issue again until yesterday. Jeff came out again. Not only did he charge us full price again since 'everything was working when he left', when the problem was clearly not fixed. It was $85 more expensive this time around. Fast forward to today... We've used the shower twice and that bathroom maybe 5 times total... It's flooding AGAIN. So we clearly won't be bothering with this plumbing service in the future. We're out over $400 and nothing has been fixed. Thanks Jeff! For the record, as I stated.. We had this problem once about 2.5 years ago and a similar thing happened where it appeared fixed but started flooding again the next day. The plumber came out and didn't charge us for anything when he came back out to fix it because 'the job wasn't done'. And the original cost was considerably less than one service from Jeff. Unfortunately for us, that plumber retired.

I did not want to waste my time with that, so really appreciated that Nelson gave me a flat rate to do the installation. I also needed a Saturday time, and they were able to accommodate that too. The installer called me when he was about 15 minutes away and the installation was completed smoothly without any issues. I'm happy to have found a new plumbing service I trust. (Especially after Allbritten is no longer trustworthy, and screwed us a couple of times after we spent tens of thousands of dollars, over a decade of business with them. All they are now is a sales machine. AVOID them and hired Nelson instead!)

We discovered a small leak in the wall behind our tankless water heater and like any new homeowner, freaked out. We called PR Plumbing and they told they send out someone out between 4 and 6 PM. At 4:10, Eric showed up and within minutes, he was 90% sure what the issue was. Turns out he was spot on and fixed the issue within a few hours. The issue? - When installing tankless water heaters into new builds, sometimes the plumbers do not fully clamp the copper piping to the PVC pipe tight enough causing a very very slow leaks. Over time and use it gets worse. When I asked how long he thought this had been leaking for he said, "probably shortly after the completion of the home in 2019" Say what?! Luckily we were home when the leak really gave away. Can you imagine if we went on vacation during the Christmas holiday? PR plumbing charges about $135 an hour, which includes labor, but not parts needed. I thought that was a pretty stellar rate! All together we were just under $300 total for the job.
