Unfortunately, this function was accidentally triggered during a bad thunderstorm and the whole car interior was soaked. Worried about water damage and the potential for mold growth, I started looking for companies that could fix the issue. 911 Restoration responded promptly and I immediately had them go to work for us. And man were these guys awesome. Everyone I interacted with was super kind and professional. From the phone call with the manager to the operators who came to deal with my vehicle, I felt cared for and that everything was going to be taken care of. With these guys, I didn't have to bring my vehicle in. They came to where I was and set up their equipment. My vehicle was soaked so it took about 2 days to completely dry it out. Shout to the operators -- Isaiah, James, and Willard. They were super friendly, had excellent communication, and came by every day of the service see how the drying process was going. You guys were awesome! My car was completely restored! Not one chance that there could've been any moisture left in my vehicle once they were done. I'm very satisfied with the work 911 Restoration has done. I highly recommend them.

The job took several hours and apparently required more help as other techs were brought in to help complete the task. As a side note, we appreciated this being done as we have had projects done before where more help was needed and there was a delay in the job completion while everyone sat around and waited for the help to arrive. The group from "All in 1" did not delay bringing in other folks to help. When the job was completed they cleaned up the entire area and stacked to old material neatly outside for bulk pickup. Costwise: "All in 1" was within the range of other companies but is on the high side for the DFW market, but we felt we got our dollar's worth for the task and would use them again.

We used them for flood damage and my review will be mixed but honest. The owner of the company,…read moreRudy is extremely professional. He was very generous in that he went overboard to make things right and give us a good deal on things and make things right, that contractors he hired did wrong, if we caught it and pointed it out. My biggest problem was that the painters he hired were very unprofessional. They broke clips on my curtains and then taped then back up. Luckily, I caught that and Rudy got it repaired. However, even he admitted that they didn't follow his instructions about leaving screws in the wall where pictures were located which ended up causing more complications then either of us wanted when they tried to put the pictures back up. I'm still finding things that his painters broke like my alarm motion sensor that I didn't catch on things to have them repair it. Went to change the light in my large microwave and found this huge dent in the back of it. I guess the movers did that one. You have to check your stuff really carefully after they return it I found it alarming that when I started to tell Rudy about the quality of his people's work, his response was that he had known them for years. Should I have taken that to mean that he knew the poor quality of their work and just accepted because he likes them? It's really weird that someone who worked so hard to turn themselves into a consummate professional would accept anything less from someone in their employ.
