See the before pictures for the chimney, I don't have one handy for the steps, but the mortar was missing from between a lot of the bricks, and the limestone slabs were wobbly and not adhered to the step anymore. Chris responded to the request quickly and came out for an assessment, providing estimates both for a repair and a full rebuild of the front steps, and a repair of the chimney. Both very reasonable and in line with estimates from other businesses. We spoke last Friday, Chris had the formal contracts to me by Sunday, and the team was here first thing Tuesday morning working on the steps. They worked quickly but thoroughly, and were on to the work on the chimney by mid-day Wednesday. Once they were up there, they noticed some issues that weren't visible from the ground view, and Chris walked me through it with the photos and quickly got a revised estimate for what it would look like to do a rebuild of the chimney versus the repair, while also indicating that they COULD still do just the repair, but recommended rebuilding, since he knew we'd be looking to also redo the roof soon. They managed to do the full take down of the chimney to just a few bricks below the roof line and rebuild it back up by the end of the day Thursday, and came back Friday just to install the rain cap and clean up the the materials from the demolished chimney and stairs. Our new steps and chimney look great, and I'll definitely be keeping Kings' contact on file for paving/masonry/foundation work we might need in the future!

(No disrespect to any other Masonary, I learned this is a busy season) Eric listened to my frantic rant about my chimney & asked to see some pics of the damage. After I sent them he said he would come by for a closer look ASAP & he did. He told me he would try to fit me in, & he kept his word: Within a couple of days, Eric was repairing my chimney with his crew member Sammy. They fixed issue, after issue after issue. My chimney had a lot of them. They went above & beyond & they paid attention to every detail. I am not family. I just met Eric & Sammy today. The last review must have been talking about another Eric. I found him to be transparent, extremely knowledgable & humble. I am very picky about who I hire & I am very pleased & impressed with the work they did. I have added some before & after pictures. Lastly, I sent out a lot of pictures of my chimney, but Eric had one of the lowest bids, it was very fair. Neither one of them asked me to write this review. I wanted to, because I am very grateful to the both of them. True professionals with a very strong work ethic.

I contacted Leon before the warranty was up and instead of fixing issue we received excuse after excuse . They day Leon and his team finally showed up to do some type of work, they stated the older gentleman using the machine got frustrated becauae he didn't know how to use it and i quote, they "didn't want to further frustrate him." What about us?!? On the day the they were suppose to show up, no one did. When I emailed them in afternoon, I received a response that they were refunding money because they could not fit us in schedule. How is this possible when you knew about issue in the winter time?!? How is this possible when they were fo show up THAT DAY?! Its obvious we were NEVER a priority. Now my property is in a worse state than before Leon amd his team did any work. i do no recommend this company to anyone. I regret the day I took down his information.
