Well worth a stop if you're passing through and not sure what you should see in the area. Located along US-71 south of the Arkansas/Missouri border, this used to be the only way of traveling north between Northwest Arkansas and the Joplin area. With Joplin only 15 minutes away, you're not going to starve. Compared to other casinos/hotels, Downstream is left a bit lacking. I know this may sound weird, stating you didn't want to gamble in a casino, but this place is a convention hub. So they could add something to accommodate the variety of tastes of visitors.
