I told him I understand, I've been using auto washes for 25 years, including theirs, and this is the first time that this has happened. They eventually gave me another wash and had somebody actually use the brush to clean the back of my car, but just frustrating that they were trying to man-splain to me how a car washes works. Also, it's very annoying that every time I go in, there's always somebody standing right next to the touch screen trying to sell me on getting a membership. I'd rather just buy my individual washes as needed, and the hard sell makes me want the membership even less.

On 11/2 I purchased a wash at Jon's on 23 mile rd, after pulling out of the wash I heard a…read morehorrendous sound. Pulled over to find that the wash has ripped off a piece of body side mounding from my car. I immediately returned to the wash and spoke with the young man on duty who gave me a form to fill out and called his manager, Brian. Brian called me and asked me to meet him at the wash after he had time to return the tapes, which he did. Their wash blew the mounding right off the car, verified by the video recording. I met with him and he appeared to be a nice guy, said the wash would gladly fix my car next time I was in town. (I am from IL). Trying to be fair I contacted them at the end of December and let them know I was coming to town, no immediate return call. I came to MI and called again, this time a young man Rob called me back and said he would speak to his boss and they would just pay for the piece and the clips, it would be easy to out on, we agreed, and he was to return my call the next day to find out how many clips I needed. Since that day I have left them 7 messages with various people and on their answering machine and no one has bothered to call me back. They are very nice when you meet with them or get someone on the phone, I assume that is a tactic to get your off their phone and off their lot. Unfortunately this means I will be taking them to small claims to get my car repaired. They damaged it, they are fixing it. Now they will be paying for court costs, additional trips as well as the damage. I would definitely stay clear, their wash is very abrasive and they do not stand behind their equipment. It's very sad that businesses cannot be honorable when keeping their word.

Oil change went fairly fast, guys were nice enough but when I am told them I need to new windshield wipers they told $43. WHO THE HELL CHARGES $43 for two windshield wipers? The oil change itself was $59, I'd rather die in a single car roll over crash on the freeway because I couldn't see then give them $43 for 2 blades. I appreciate the work but I won't be going back.
