Through their website and farmers markets, they sell kits/boxes of foods as well as individual items such as beef, chicken, pork, lamb, goat, duck, turkey, milk, fruits, and vegetables. Some products are labeled as hormone- and antibiotic-free. In the past year, I have purchased many of their products. I rate their bacon as 5 stars, their chicken breast as 5 stars, their ground chicken as 5 stars, their pulled pork as 5 stars, their chicken with fajita seasoning as 5 stars, their free-range brown eggs as 5 stars, their beef kabob as 5 stars, and their apple dumpling as 4 stars. As you can see from my ratings, I think that the quality and flavor of their foods is very high! I plan to continue to buy more of Goodness Grows's products in the future.

They have a catalog so you can preorder they will get it for you and you just pick it up or opt for delivery. (there is a certain number for delivery).
