We had a party of 11 and CM didnt miss a beat of course there were a few hiccups along the way but it was worth it! Cafe Momentum-Pittsburgh is located in the heart of downtown. The staff was outstanding and I truly love the mission of CM. We had multiple people waiting on us because of the party size! I ordered a Jamaican ginger beer ($5), the special of the evening a ribeye (medium well of course)with mushroom risotto and grilled asparagus($72). AND an extra side of their homemade biscuits! Ok sooo everything took a minute to come out but it was worth it! I had to send my steak back because it wasnt cooked enough but it was perfect when it returned! It was so much food. I only ate half of my 14-16oz steak and bought the rest BACK TO GA yall and it was even better! The sides were great and nicely seasoned! I am making it my mission to visit EVERY Cafe Momentum! The shrimp with potatoes and chorizo in a slightly spicy sauce was my favorite. For mains we got ravioli, steak, gnocchi and fried chicken. All were very good. The steak was cooked perfectly. The gnocchi were paired with a lamb bolognese--very rich! The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, perfectly done. And we finished with three desserts--sticky toffee pudding, apple crisp and chocolate tort. We will be back!

Meticulous cleaning and monitoring of every detail relates to the restrictions. In addition this is a great space, beautiful grounds for our outdoor wedding. The presentation was stunning and I loved the meal. The bread was toasted yet still soft enough to bite. The pesto and veggies were a perfect savory topping. We also ordered the zucchini planks, which were plentiful on the plate and paired well with the dipping sauces. My friend ordered a veggie wrap that came with a side of fresh fruit, and had nothing but positive things to say about the dish. We both ordered white wine (I had a pinot grigio and she had a riesling) to go with our vegetarian meals. Huge props to the chef, Matt! We loved it all! Our server, Susy, was so nice and accommodating. She was a pleasure to talk to and did a great job serving! They renovated their main event spaces in early 2020, and we were very impressed with the classy look and feel of each room! Every person we met at Edgewood was friendly and attentive. The North Hills Food Bank was established in 1984, is volunteer-run, and serves hundreds of…read moreresidents who live in the following townships: West View, Ross, Ohio, Reserve, Kilbuck, McCandless, and Franklin Park. People who receive food are required to show proof of address, income, and a Social Security number. I am able to afford as much food as I want, so I dropped off a bag of food to donate. Currently, this food bank is collecting items such as juices, gravy, peanut butter, ketchup, instant mashed potatoes, spaghetti noodles, evaporated milk, pet food, toiletries, and cleaning supplies. Donated items may be dropped off during service hours, which is currently for a few hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays (check the website for updated information) or placed in plastic bins outside. I had some difficulty with finding the location. The food bank is located behind a Presbyterian church. To my review, I am attaching some photos so you know where to drive.

This is one of those Pittsburgh attractions that everyone knows exists but many people have never…read morebeen inside. It is part museum, part event venue and works well for both. There is a parking lot under the lawn of the museum that is very reasonably priced, but there is also street parking in the area along with other surface lots. The museum portion of the space is interesting, but you get a lot more out of it if you are able to take a tour. There is just some information that can't be conveyed well with just looking at the objects. It is an absolutely beautiful space and while the exhibits might not take a large amount of time to go through, you'll enjoy the time you spend there. The auditorium is well maintained and the seats fairly comfortable, especially for an older venue. It is the type of place where you can't really have a bad seat. Overall, a great place to spend some time and absolutely worth a visit.

The elevators were very compact. With a larger group there was some waiting. We had a cocktail on a different floor and with an older adult logistics were difficult. The room for the cocktail hour was spacious and well suited for the event. Parking was in a parking garage directly underneath the building. Again for someone with mobility issues it was a long walk. We enjoyed the ceremony and the history of the building. I would recommend taking a look even if you don't have an event taking place. The architecture alone is worth the visit.
