These are people you can depend on and trust. That is so so important. I know a lot of people worry about price. The price was fine for what I needed done. With things like this, you really need to be able to trust a company and know they will do a thorough job. Brandon was very helpful as well--professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I also used them a month ago when I needed a new fan motor. After two pretty big deals (to me anyway), I can 100% recommend this company.

Greg came out on short notice on a Saturday to take a look, and it didn't take long to see that he really knows what he's doing. On top of that, he's a really nice guy who clearly cares about his customers. We have an older unit that has seen better days, so Greg will have to order some parts, which is pretty much impossible on weekends. However, he was still able to tweak some things to get the heat back on until he's able to come back to replace the parts; that takes a deep understanding of HVAC repair. The house is now toasty warm, and I can't say for sure, but I think it's heating better than it did before -- and this is just a temporary fix. That's outstanding! If you need any kind of HVAC work done, don't hesitate to call Greg at Precision Service Co.
