In just MINUTES, he offered me an option that relieved so much pain--and in what felt like SECONDS, I was finally able to move without a pep talk or prep routine. The pain isn't 100% gone, but let me tell you--it's **manageable** for the first time in YEARS. The team didn't stop there. Because Gary took extra time to make sure I got the relief I needed, my appointment ran a bit long, and I was at risk of being late for my 1:45 meeting. The staff saved the day AGAIN by offering me a private office to conduct my meeting right then and there. They would change carers without telling us or mother-in-law and would often fail to return our calls. It is a relief to have competent, trustworthy help during recovery. And she is easy to get along with and punctual. My family has been pleased with every aspect of Complete Care's service.
