I was in an accident on May 31st and had my car towed to this body shop the next day. I'm fairly…read morenew in town so I had no idea who to call. I Googled for body shops in Hanford, and called three of them and none of them could take my car before sometime in July. I needed my car back, so that didn't work. Then I posted a message on Yelp and this company responded almost immediately and they could take my car right away. No one else on Yelp even responded. Since the insurance company was taking a long time to get back to me, I told them to just repair the car so it was drivable and I would pay for it out of my pocket, and deal with the insurance company for getting reimbursed. They had my car ready by June 9 which was just a little over a week and the cost was very very reasonable. I had questions because I have not had an accident like this and the young man in the office was really friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. I couldn't be happier with my dealings with this business, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car.

They were able to assess the damage for each claim separately and work it out. They were reasonably priced, communicated well about the timeline, were very professional and helped explain everything clearly, and sadly, I was just in another collision (again, not my fault) so I will be going back there again. They made my car look like new, though. I could not tell that it had been in two collisions, it was so great, so I will be going back to get work done again knowing that they will provide excellent service and quality work. Thank you all! FYI this location is in Fresno, they no longer have one in Lemoore.
