I was able to set up everything online which is very convenient. Armando was first person I met, and he went over the vehicle damage. Armando was very meticulous in the inspection which I appreciated. He provided me with an estimate and took my vehicle in. During the next 25 or so days Caliber sent me various text to me providing me updates on my truck. That was super awesome. Teresa was also another person who I was in contact with. She provided updates as well. Again, very much appreciated. Fast forward to today 2/11/2026, I received my truck. I am, very impressed by the finished product. Your Caliber staff did an amazing job. Also, I was not expecting a new bed cover to be installed. My old one was damaged as well. All the small attention to detail means a lot to me.
