This is the second time I have used Caliber Collision in Hanford. I recently brought in my 2024 Chevy Silverado for repair on 1/15/2026. I was able to set up everything online which is very convenient. Armando was first person I met, and he went over the vehicle damage. Armando was very meticulous in the inspection which I appreciated. He provided me with an estimate and took my vehicle in. During the next 25 or so days Caliber sent me various text to me providing me updates on my truck. That was super awesome. Teresa was also another person who I was in contact with. She provided updates as well. Again, very much appreciated. Fast forward to today 2/11/2026, I received my truck. I am, very impressed by the finished product. Your Caliber staff did an amazing job. Also, I was not expecting a new bed cover to be installed. My old one was damaged as well. All the small attention to detail means a lot to me. To the staff, especially Teresa, and the workers who did the work on my truck, I am grateful for their attention to detail and professionalism they provided with the repair of my truck. So I took my wife's vehicle to Robert's Collision to fix the front end. They did a good job and we did a walk around and everything was good. Fast forward a couple of years and now her bumper sags a little bit. So I took it back and figured it's under warranty. Only thing was that I didn't didn't have the paperwork they gave me to show them it's covered under warranty. I took my other vehicle to Caliber Collision and one thing that stood out from their service was that they told me I could bring it back if anything happens because it's under warranty. So I asked if I had to bring paper work for that. They told me I didn't have to since they have it all on their computer system. All and all I was happy with their professionalism and work and I would bring my vehicles here in the future. read more

I got into an fender bender as someone hit me from behind while I was in Hanford. The back bumper and parts of the sides got smashed in. Took my car in to this location at the recommendation of my insurance company. Teresa was very helpful in getting everything in order to fix my car. She walked me thru the process and explained the damages and how long it would take. She contacted the rental car company for me and had them come pick me up while I was at her location. She followed up each week with updates on what has been done with the car from painting to waiting on the bumper to arrive and when the car would be finish. Ryan and Joe are the worst at Caliber Collision. Caliber insurance was referred through USAA and I was very confident of their work because USAA had them listed at the top, well it has been a very bad experience with Caliber Collision for me, I dropped my car off on July 3rd and since then it has been all bad, I left my lock key for my tires because they said that they were going to take the wheels off the left side so I was proactive and made sure they wouldn't have to look for it. Since then it has been nothing but problems with Caliber Collision, they first told me that my car was ready on August 16th which was almost a month and a half of having my car when I get there I noticed that my emblem logo was missing off of the license plate in the front and the side where the insurance was damaged still had the door that wasn't aligned right and the side panel was broken still which should of been fixed, Marco said that he was talking 880.00 off the order and I only have to pay three hundred , my car was dirty and they didn't even wash my car, Marco said that it is left outside not covered and it's and industrial area so that is why it wasn't washed. They kept my car and called me on the 30th and said that it was ready I go to pick up my car and I noticed a scratch on my car on the side that wasn't there before that made me look at everything thoroughly and I noticed where my license plate was there was a black spot that had not been there and I noticed on the top of my roof it had a white stain that was on there, Marco said that it is Sap for being left uncovered at the shop, my car wasn't washed again it was dusty on my roof and the front of my car too. Marco told me it's like they painted my car if they did why is my car looking like that, I also noticed that my lock for my BMW wheels was not in the cup holder tray anymore which they used to unlock my tires with. At this point I went through USAA to resolve the issue because they kept messing up on my vehicle and now they are saying that my lock key the can't find, I also notice that the belongings that was in my driver door wasn't there, what did Caliber Collision do with the stuff that was in my driver side door. I reached out to Caliber to get help and Joe and Ryan is a joke it's evident that Caliber Collision isn't professional with my vehicle with me and he was trying to make it seem that Caliber Collision is not at fault. You look for help and I have solid proof to what I'm saying, Ryan and Joe was very rude, I'm very upset and would like this resolved. read more

I was involved in an accident back in April. Listening to my insurance recommendation of Caliber Collision was the biggest mistake I made. After months of not being informed on the progress and having to reach out multiple times, the Tahoe was delivered on a flatbed to my house with no walk around inspection of the completed work. I thought that was odd but was just happy to finally get the vehicle back. It started having transmission issues after I received it from Caliber so I took it back. Now I'm being told the transmission failure had nothing to do with the accident even though It never had any transmission issues before. Guess them delivering it on a flatbed had nothing to do with the transmission issue either. Stay far away from Caliber Collision! read more

Body work was done and looks nice. Issue started when my keyless lock pad to enter code on door was no longer working, was told I had fault code on item when I dropped it off and that the item was not even touched during repair. Well the invoice and fault code sheet I had requested did not match up with what I was told. They gave me the proof to dispell their own lie. Teresa Flores the estimator told me to go to dealership run a diagnostic, if caliber collision caused issue they pay, if not I pay, gambling money trying to scare you to not going in case you pay. Item works when drop-off, not working when pickup, clear as day it was caused here. I showed her the invoice with that part being removed, she pointed at the door handle as being "keyless lock pad". I left in frustration, looked over fault code sheet. The keyless pad had a fault on their scan the day before I picked up, which they ran a scan 20 min after that scan and miraculously all the codes were gone!! Those codes and faults were not on the scan the day I dropped it off! Seems fishy a pre scan the day i drop it off, another pre scan the day before i pick it up with many codes, then 20 min later a post scan with everything fixed.I stopped by dealership with those papers they quickly saw what was on there told me keep going back fighting, it was not my doing. . Even with those papers Teresa made me feel like I wasn't worth the time and like I was trying to push this issue on them that wasn't their doing. She was either told the wrong thing by the mechanics who told her that item wasn't removed, or she tried to pull a fast one and not put blame on caliber collision by telling me a different part. But thankyou Teresa for the invoice and fault codes, proving it was caused at the shop. The manage was polite and immediately said it very well could have been caused here and took my car back right away to look in the door at connection, THE PART WAS NOT PLUGGED BACK IN AFTER REPAIRS., exactly what teresa should have done when I contacted her. . He gets 5 stars I did not get his name. Despite the managers helpfulness and the repair looking great, the issues afterwards trying to get this little issue resolved was enough for me to rate 0 stars if I could and will never recommend at all. BE ACCOUNTABLE WHERE IS THE INTEGRITY, THE QUALITY CONTROL. COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES OR EMPLOYEES WHO ARENT KNOWLEDGABLE AT WHAT THEY ARE DOING read more
