When you buy a car they you this "wonderful" warranty so you don't have big repair bill and wouldn't be able to make your bill. !!!! First hand experience, motor went out. Okay gave the name of a place to fix it. Less than a week later the cam sensor went out, they didn't pay for that, even the mechanic said that it probably got broken when the new motor went in. Took it home and less than a week later the A/C went out and the flywheel was all bent up, that too probably happened when the motor was put back in. You must call the loan people to get your free oil change cards. All maintenance and mechanical were to be done right out at their shop. But less than a month after buying my car they closed up the business and then not long after that the mechanic service. After all was said and done I was out about $1000.00, nice warranty. !!! DON'T EVER BUY FROM THEM !!!

Unfortunately, due to a recent turn of events, I have to change my review to an honest one rather…read morethan the positive review that they asked me to write before I could leave with the vehicle they sold me. The vehicle that I thought was amazing caught fire due to an electrical defect. After the vehicle sustained extensive fire and water damage, I was told one day that it was totaled and the next day that it was repairable... So they decided to slap a new door on it and said the resolution for the water damage is that they'd detail it for free. To top it all off, I was told that the repairs would cost exactly $500 which seemed a bit low balled. Especially considering they told me that on a prior claim I had for hail damage, the total amount was about $4500 according to their insurance guy. I asked for the estimate from their shop that itemized the parts, repairs, and prices and they told me that they were unable to produce that. I was also told that the manager that I worked with when the fire happened was, all of a sudden, no longer with the company. I did research and found all kinds of recalls on my vehicle that weren't on the Carfax report that they gave me when I bought the car... An electrical defect involving an improperly routed and attached wire harness is one of them, which if left unresolved is an electrical fire risk. When I bought this to CNAC'S attention, they said they don't know anything about that. However, when I called Chrysler directly about it... They told me different. I also did further research and found that J.D. Byrider in Massachusetts recently had a lawsuit filed against them by the attorney general for misrepresenting the condition of the vehicles that they sell, marking up vehicles way more than they're worth, selling flooded vehicles and vehicles that have been in car accidents, along with predatory loan practices... Signing those with favorable credit on contacts with high interest rates as much as 20%. Unfortunately, I had to surrender my vehicle for safety concerns considering it caught fire while my children were in it and JD Byrider being very shady about how they came up with their conclusions that a burned vehicle is "repairable" at the low cost of $500. I still have yet to receive my belongings from my vehicle though I gave them everything back. They keep giving me the run-around. And stopped calling me all together when I gave them their van back. Not to mention, with the exception of a change in my pay cycles from changing jobs, I NEVER missed a payment!!! They will make you THINK that you have a nice vehicle with a decent warranty, but will not tell you that the things that are wrong with it, that they patched up just enough for it to sell and lock you on a contract, are NOT COVERED! So on top or your car payment... You will pay out of pocket for major repairs that the car needed in the first place. They don't tell you that if you carry their insurance and actually need to file a claim and you go through THEIR SHOP, they will perform patchwork and low-ball the repair price that it a leaving you with issues that will arise in the future. I don't care what kind of transportation bind you are in or how desperate your situation is. Call In, catch the bus, shop around a bit before you do business with JD Byrider. _-------------------------------------------_ I love this place! They helped me out with an amazing vehicle when I needed it most. My payment is affordable, the warranty is great, and I appreciate the good service I get from them. I highly recommend this dealership.

The finance manager and sales guy Brody were great to work with! Brody really did a good job of closing the deal. While I waited for my truck to get detailed and go through inspection, I was given a loaner truck for a couple of days. Unfortunately, we worked with another sales guy for this loaner truck who wasn't very good at customer service. My dad informed the sales guy that the loaner truck was not running properly when they showed it to me to buy. My dad was a mechanic, he should know if a truck's engine sounds right. Then without my knowledge they gave me this same truck as the loaner! Less than 12 hours later I'm calling the sales guy to let him know that the check engine light is on. Brody worked with me to make things right and even wiped down my truck for me after detailing did a bad job. Long story short, I had a rough experience at this location... I didn't even mention everything bad that happened, but there were also some great hidden gems found. Like the finance guy who gave my Big Brothers Big Sisters Little $20 to go to the pumpkin patch after we got done picking up my truck. That was a moment that made it worth it.

This is the second rat-fink experience and the reason for the review. The first experience is a review of its own. I went to Ford Papillion this morning to look at a jeep. I test drove the jeep, loved the jeep and ran the numbers with Tomas, the salesman. It was looking promising but they just needed to research my trade-in a bit more to get the payment in a better range. I have a Camaro SS that is parked /stored for the winter and that I wanted to trade-in. The Jeep was a certified Baxter vehicle that had a check engine light on when I test drove it. After I was done test driving, they were taking it to the service department to look at it. I ended up leaving the dealership at this point because of the service department having the vehicle and waiting to hear back for updated trade in values. Anyways, they never reached out. Never followed up about service inspecting the engine light. I was reluctant to bring in my Camaro before hearing back from Tomas on the check engine light. If I'm going to pull my Camaro from storage, it better be worth while . I had to call several times about the jeep and ask about any updates. Tomas, the salesman, was never clear on the phone about what was going on or where they were on the process and that he'd reach back out when he knew more information (never did). After a couple hours waiting, I finally call again, and Tomas informed me that another person had taken the jeep for test drive and was in the process of finalizing the sale. Granted, I never had a written agreement with the company to buy the vehicle but it's poor salesman and horrible business. It was just a what the f**k moment of trying to work with Tomas and Baxter to make the sale happen and before I got any clear answers, the vehicle was gone. Felt like I was just pushed to the side when I was there early this morning, ready to work a deal. It definitely left a very sore taste.
