Dr. Gerwitz was very kind and very thorough in his workup and discussion of my nausea and vomiting issues encountered after kidney dialysis. I will be seeing Dr. Gerwitz again at the end of October for another follow-up appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Gerwitz, he is very kind, knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease. He discovered my initial diagnosis rather quickly even though it had baffled other doctors for about three years before he was on the case. When I gained another neurological issue after an accident, he quickly and competently took over my care for that also. Today I went in with several questions about my diagnosis since I have either gotten slightly better or at least stopped getting worse (which isn't supposed to happen, but may have after quitting a certain unrelated medication or from going gluten free a few years ago). My questions could clarify and/or slightly change my main official diagnosis (that basically includes a large range of similar issues). He was easy to talk with and we developed a plan to check it out. Many other doctors would dig in their feet and not want to listen to anything that may question anything they have previously said.
