Most of the furniture in our house was purchased here well over 20 years ago. My Hancock & Moore recliner got damaged by movers 12 years ago and the mechanism finally gave up. I looked to have it repaired because the leather is still perfect, but when I looked into it, I was told I would be better off buying a new chair. We worked with Richard, who was amazing! He helped me find my perfect new recliner. I miss the old store but the staff is still great and they still carry high quality furniture.

My small furniture item that was custom ordered (a small corner cabinet), and way-overpriced, took months longer then it should have to arrive. After waiting for 2 months for the call it was ready to pick up, and hearing nothing, I reached out to the store and was told that the item was still sitting at another location and that it was damaged. I would never have heard or known about this status, without me checking on it. Then there was zero contact for another month and half. I called several times asking for a manager so I could get more details - and NEVER heard back from her. I did get a call from the sales girl that said it hadn't arrived yet. There were no apologies for the inconvenience, or effort made to make it right. Finally, I tried reaching out again a few weeks later, this time in person! I showed up and the assistant manager Bob was there and was great; but all he offered was to have this small cabinet delivered to my house (could easily fit in my vehicle, so this was not very beneficial to me.) But I accepted, and he was a pleasant, nice man who was making an effort to help in the bad situation. Unfortunately, on the day they decide to deliver the following week, I am at work and they give me a 2-3 hour timeframe for delivery. It was conflicting with my work arrangements, but I tried to keep those hours clear. Sadly, they came after the timeframe and I was not able to be there to inspect the item. They offered to leave it outside. I called Bob to see if i could just pick it up from the store, and he said no, they already had arranged it for delivery. I would have preferred to receive a discoun/refund on my item instead of this massive headache and additional stress I received. My son ended up going to the house to be there to let them in. All in all, I paid too much for this item to begin with, and then horrible customer service from the beginning, from most of the staff. I would have expected better from a high end furniture store. I won't be shopping here again and suggest you don't either.

1 Star - Extremely Disappointed with Bob's Discount Furniture - Unacceptable Customer Service…read more I purchased the Bolt power reclining sectional from Bob's Discount Furniture, with delivery scheduled for today. I specifically planned around this delivery because I am hosting an event at my home this evening. Today, I was informed that the delivery truck had broken down and my furniture would not be delivered as promised. I understand that mechanical issues happen. However, what I find completely unacceptable is the lack of effort to find a solution. I even offered to pick up the furniture myself to avoid the inconvenience, only to be told that wasn't an option. No alternative arrangements were made, no compensation was offered, and there appeared to be no effort to accommodate the situation. Now, I am left hosting an event in my home this evening without the furniture I was promised would arrive today. I made every effort to find a reasonable solution, including offering to take responsibility for picking up my own purchase. Unfortunately, Bob's was unwilling or unable to work with me. As a result, I canceled my order. Bob's didn't lose my business because a delivery truck broke down. They lost my business because of their complete lack of flexibility, accountability, and customer service when something went wrong. Furniture is a significant purchase, and customers deserve better than this. A company should be judged not only by its prices and products but also by how it treats customers when problems arise. Extremely disappointing experience. I expected much better from Bob's Discount Furniture.

I thought the main color would be more blue but it was more gray which I was told and did the purchase knowing this. The gray did not disappoint/bother me because it is stunning with the contrasting colors. It is in a room with baby yellow walls, soft blue contrast, white trim and silver accessories. I got 5X8 perfect sizing, superb quality, heaviness and thick pile. This room is being designed for my 15 year old daughter and she will love it. This rug is a beautiful statement piece. These eclectic antique shops are so much fun! We had a blast wandering through and found a number of furniture pieces we would've bought if we could take them back home on the plane with us! 10/10 recommend checking this lovely store out, which is located in an antique building in a stretch of antique stores.
