Jon and his crew were excellent in their professionalism and work especially on a house that was built in the 40's with essentially the same plumbing it was built with. They worked on our washer, which had overflown, and our shower faucets, which needed to be completely replaced just because of a leak that was unable to be fixed any other way.
My wife and I thought that they were very upfront with cost and time frames. I am thrilled at how quickly and efficiently they worked. They even gave us an estimate/consultation for free!
The only complaint, if one could even consider it, (since a reason was given each time that my wife called, and we are not the only ones that they help) was they were a bit tardy in returning calls. However, I find that despite this, I would encourage anyone that seeks their help to ignore this and realize that they are a busy bunch.
If for no other reason I recommend Jon and his crew is the fact that our washer overflowed one more time after the initial problem and they stopped by without pause and within minutes of the situation, the water still being mopped up on the floor, after being in the area and for no extra charge for not only help but advice as well. Thank you Jon and crew, I haven't had a problem with the shower or washer since! read more
