She was my mortgage loan originator and branch manager at Synergy Mortgage. From the pre-qualifying step all the way until closing, Vicki held our hands through it all. I'd bought a house in the past and gone through a cheap online mortgage lender. I figured that the rates were unbeatable and I was willing to sacrifice some of the service for those rates. Now, having worked with Vicki this go-around I see what a difference this made to the experience. Where the other lender last time was incredibly hard to get on the phone or reach when I had important questions, Vicki and her team (shout-out Erinn) were available and would respond within hours (if not minutes!). My previous experience with the online lender left me on the day of closing missing documents and struggling to get things sorted before closing. It made an already-stressful situation even worse. The contrast with Vicki was night and day. I can't speak highly enough about her and the level of personalized service you receive. It's vital, as you're signing so many documents and providing so much personal information, that you understand the process and trust the lender. I so appreciated working with Vicki that I recommended her to my friend who wanted to refinance his mortgage and he couldn't be happier. HIGHLY recommend.

After looking at homes all day Sunday, we arrived at the D. R. Horton town homes in Orlando at 6pm. The sales rep, Iris, was locking the front door and ready to go. My agent, Robert from LaRosa Realty, approached Iris and asked if we could see the display. Iris gladly opened up the 3 display units and I knew that I wanted to purchase this home. It is on a dead end street, well built and beautifully wooded area. An hour later, we submitted a contract to Iris for my new home. D.R. Horton immediately began processing the loan request the following day. For the next 30 days, Roxanne from D.R. Horton Mortgage worked diligently to get me approved, but in the end, I received notice that D.R. Horton Mortgage could not approve my loan due to my self employment income. Roxanne recommended Edgar from Equity Prime Mortgage. Roxanne sent all my loan documents to Edgar and his team via FedEx. Theresa, of Equity Prime, contacted me shortly thereafter and began the process of submitting the loan application to FHA. Within 30 days, I was cleared to close and moved in 2 days after my birthday. The entire experience was positive. Iris staying late to show me the home, helping me select the perfect one. Roxanne working hard to help me collect the required documentation. Edgar and Theresa at Prime Mortgage for putting the package together. The experience was so good, I referred my friend who used DHI and Equity Prime and moved in 4 houses down just last week. Thank you everyone at DHI and Equity Prime.
