I thought I needed to send a novel worth of instructions, but Luis is clearly a pro and basically said, "Don't worry - we've got this." And they really did. Setup was finished earlier than expected (which instantly lowered my blood pressure). Luis, Laura and his crew are incredibly detail-oriented and meticulous. They didn't rush through setup just to leave - they even helped me with a few of my own decorations when they saw me struggling. That kind of service is rare. Everything looked AMAZING, and I actually got to enjoy my kids' party instead of running around like an exhausted event coordinator. You're not just getting rentals - you're getting an experience. I order a small 10x10 jumper and made sure my measurements were correct to fit the 15x15 requirement. However, I forgot about the height, my bad. So, I asked to take it in the backyard and I would pay the fee for the steps, which the guy had to count every step in order to calculate my fee. Money was not the issue and just wanted my son to have a great birthday but the delivery driver was super rude and stated he did not have a long enough cord. So, I told him no problem my husband will go buy a 20ft extension cord because you can't double up the cords, no problem. I was willing to go buy it and then his excuse was that it would not put out enough power even though I have a whole entire separate studio in the backyard with its own power. The man made every excuse to not take the jumper downstairs and had stated I would need a generator and I said okay that is fine and I will pay for the generator but he stated that they didn't carry any when it states clearly on the website that they do. So, they ended up canceling my scheduled appointment for the jumper and refused to give me any of my money back even though I was willing to pay and work around every obstacle that he threw at me. Horrible service and will not recommend to anyone unless you wish to loose out on $294 dollars then be my guest and schedule.

We were unsure of what style or size of a jumper we needed at first. We went with the castle one that has a slide and basketball hoop on the inside. We left a deposit and he showed up on the day we had discussed even earlier than the time we discussed. Our kids were super excited to have the jumper for the whole day for their birthday party which happened to be on Super Bowl Sunday as well. So it was a win win for the kids and for the parents. Did I mention that the jumper was the cleanest I've ever rented or seen? Once he setup the castle jumper he even wiped it down and vacuumed it to be sure it was super clean for the kids.
