I usually do the cleaning myself in the house, but when I was 7 month pregnant with my second son I decided to hire a cleaning service. I did my research and tried 2 other companies but was not very impressed with the results. A friend recommended Jolly Bees and paid for their services as a baby shower gift. They are so good and I have been so happy with their service that what initially was a one time service turned out to be a monthly call. Wow where to start. I saw all the rave reviews for this company and decided to give them a call. First time I called and left a voicemail with no return call ( should have known by that the experience would not be a good one) again because of the good reviews I gave them another call and Luis answered we scheduled an appointment for the same day. ( I thought wow things are turning around). Luis and Jacqueline come to give us a quote. The very first thing I told them was we wanted a deep cleaning in the office because we are having an office party. I gave them a very extensive tour of our office explaining exactly what was needed. Luis came back later and did another tour of the office with a window expert. They did get us the quote quickly and we decided to use the service they offered. The window guy was excellent I must say he came one day before the office cleaning to do all the windows in and outside. The next night they were suppose to show up at 5 did not come until after 6 which was not really a problem for me as this is their business and they should know the amount of time needed to clean the office or so I thought. When I came in the next morning all though the desks were cleaning and I noticed the carpeted floors had been vacuumed the tile floors were not cleaned at all. Luis came into the office around 10am to get his check he pulled me aside to tell me that the girls(cleaning crew) had to wash dishes which when I left there was nothing in the sink. So if someone, which almost everyone in the office was gone, put maybe a cup or a bowl in the sink they could have just left it there it was not what I had asked for and I didn't need them to clean our dishes as we have a dishwasher in our kitchen. He made it sound like it took up so much of the cleaning crews time. The cleaning crew person had my number and could have called or texted me as she had texted me earlier in the evening about a conference room board. So as he explained that to me I showed him the floors everything was dirty. He insisted they cleaned them with a dry mop. If had had wanted a dust over of my floors we have a janitor on staff 8 ours a day to handle that. We wanted and I explained to them a deep cleaning. Luis kept insisting that the tile would not get clean at all. he took a paper towel and a bit a water and tried to wipe up a little bit. Really water and a paper towel will not do much without some kind of cleaner. Seriously this is his business and he is only going to use a dry mop. Unexceptable. Of course we paid him and he left. I told him I was very dissatisfied and that it was not a good job at all. He made no effort to fix the problem he just kept saying that the kind of tile we have will not get cleaned. Horrible I would never ever recommend anyone to use this service. I am very surprised at the 5 star ratings for this company. Good Luck.
