First a woman took a look at the gum and asked me what it was. I had attempted to freeze the gum with an ice cube after reading some methods of removal of gum on garments. She asked about the water stain. She then went to get a male employee and she reiterated the issue to him, he took the jeans back into his shop and then came out a few moments later saying he had removed the gum but now there was a stain. He explained that he may not be able to get that stain out or, if he did, the chemicals used may take away some of the jean's dye. He told me not to be angry if he does continue to work on the stain and I come back to find them not fully restored to their beautiful original condition. Well, long story short, I was impressed with their immediate attention to the matter by taking the jeans back and working the gum out right away, their honesty in what I could expect, and, most so, impressed that when I returned a few days later (and they were ready before the anticipated date) the stain was completely gone and my favorite jeans looked brand new! I honestly wasn't expecting them to be fixed so I didn't even open the plastic wrap. I just sadly paid the fee, already resigned to the notion that my favorite jeans were ruined and scared to look, and the man had to say, "stain is removed" for me to realize the happy truth. I was so happily surprised and so impressed that the first words out of my mouth were, "really? Wow! Good job!" Good job, indeed, Ultimate Fabricare! And thank you much!

The total cost was only $85, which was significantly less than the quotes I received from other tailor shops especially of it being rushed. The other places I contacted were also unfriendly, while she was incredibly kind, accommodating, and understanding. I was very nervous that I wouldn't have my dress ready in time for the wedding, but she made it happen. When I arrived to pick it up on Monday morning, September 14, the shop was quiet and no one appeared to be inside but The door was unlocked, and after calling out a few times with no response, I started to panic. Then I spotted my dress hanging neatly by the mirror. The moment I saw it, I felt so relieved. The hem had been perfectly adjusted to my height, and the dress was beautifully pressed and ready to wear. Since the wedding was starting at 11:30 AM, it was a very close call. We knew these were new stains because it was not documented on our pink slip and the suit was not in that condition when it was dropped off.
