The Gorge is a find! We enjoyed dinner so much we came back…read morefor lunch and were fortunate to have Brooke help us both visits. She was awesome! Food was all delicious and the atmosphere is comfortable. As a farm to table spot the food was noticably fresh and the chef uses interesting flavor and spice combinations! The fresh gnudi was fabulous! I loved all of the plants and fancy hose! My rating rationale +1 Service +1 Food~Taste/flavor/quality +1 Presentation +1 Atmosphere/vibe +1 Value

You would have to bring it and go get it yourself, which I found a little odd anyway we had called because all the other area restaurants were busy or closing, and they actually were able to accommodate us considering we were supposed to go to brunch the next day there. the problem that I had when we got there was there was no one at the hostess stand and one waitress came up didn't say a word. Second waitress came up, gave an attitude and said someone will be right with You since now we had two different parties waiting to be seated and the restaurant was not that busy which I had a problem with but anyhow, we finally sat down it took time for our waiter, Donald to get to us which was fine because it gave us a chance to look over the menu. He was not so comforting at the beginning, but he warmed up to us and it seemed like He was overwhelmed, and to be honest with you I feel that all of your staff looks overwhelmed, considering there wasn't that many people the food was good. We went for lunch. They had different type of cocktails, which was cool just a warning if you like mushrooms, this is the place for you. The only reason I did not give this restaurant. A five star is because of the Service when we got there by the hostess stand and again, there was no one at the hostess stand and even if the hostess was busy, she should've still been eyeing that front area.

I have been a customer of Alfie's for many years. Throughout, the quality of the pizza and other…read morefood items maintain their quality, albeit here and there I find the pizza to have dropped in quality gradually. I find that lately the crusts are hard or too tough, as well as the quality of the cheese being so-so. I feel that cheese is the most important part of pizza, the sauce of course is second most, followed by crust, and then toppings. Being a family-owned restaurant, the quality is pretty good overall for most of these, but here and there I'll get a lackluster pizza. Cheese easily falling off or coming off, hard or tough crusts, little to no sauce. On the plus side, they aren't as greasy as they used to be. The toppings are still fresh and good compared to other pizzerias in the area. When the pizzas are freshly made, that's when it's quality good for the 4 stars I gave it. Plus their other entrees and food items are very good, if you decide to not go for just the pizza.

Depending on what you order, the food is good. The burgers are okay. The service, the staff are…read moreokay.. Soemtimes It feels like I shouldn't have ordered because they seem upset. The ambiance is ok feel like i'm being judged tho. What was really weird is how I door dashed their food and i randomly got a bbq sauce and when i opened it it was like a honey substance and it wasn't a normal sauce ... One time they even yelled at my sister just for being in the bathroom..

We started with the Key West Lime Martini, which was made to perfection. We also ordered Kelly's Tiramisu Martini. It tasted like a chocolate martini with just a hint of mint, and it was delicious. The restaurant itself is very cool, with all the Bonnie and Clyde memorabilia throughout. My first bite of the Hunter Meatloaf had me saying, "OMG, this is delicious!" It was so different from any meatloaf I've ever ordered. The honey bourbon BBQ sauce was absolutely out of this world! It was topped with sautéed onions, A-1 mushrooms, bacon, and Swiss cheese. Yum, yum!! My husband had the Seafood Lovers Stuffed Portobello Mushroom, filled with shrimp, crab, garlic aioli, mozzarella, red peppers, and balsamic-roasted vegetables. He said it was excellent! We had a great experience and would definitely recommend it!

We would definitely come back again if we are in the area. The restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside, but it is much nicer on the inside, especially the antique tin ceiling. They have a very long list of beers. You should easily be able to find a beer you like. This restaurant is well worth a visit. You will not be disappointed.
