He did text us to see how we were making out and we appreciated the check in! Another time I had to reschedule. Now they don't normally do this but he did make an exception and apologized for the delay in their reply bc of my request to reschedule. I respected their guidelines and understood it but for him to go above and beyond to let us reschedule, showed us the professionalism of making their customers happy and satisfied with accommodating any customers request if it can be done. The first day of the cruise, we were out to sea, and an alarm started going off on my scooter. I couldn't figure out what it was. I text Joel and he immediately responded with the answer to how to make it stop. I had moved a lever into the unlock position. I was so impressed with his customer service. I informed staff that I lost my glasses and tho, we searched they weren't to be found. I was told by kya that he/she found my glasses, and that ( I would be in trouble, if ever he caught up with me, lmao!) but I wouldn't be getting them back. It was this same day that my bipolar friend kicked me out, and management said it wasn't a good look for business so I should geaux clear it quickly. if i could put 0 stars I would. seemed like someone broke into this room previously, the curtains…read moreon the walls were about to fall off the wall, toilet seat was not even connected to the toilet nor fit the actual shape of the bowl, tv did not work because there was not a plug to plug in the tv, there were holes in the walls of the bathroom tile, water was brown then turned clear with black pieces, on top of that for a king bed they gave 2 pillows and a blanket and you couldn't move while in bed without it squeaking or moving.
