This company is the worst. The told me my insurance would pay for the machine then waited 4 months…read moreto bill me. The insurance did not pay anything for the machine. On 4 April I called and ask them to pick up the machine and was told it would be picked up Monday 8 April. Of course on 8 April no one showed up. I then called on 10 April an was told again they would pick this machine up on Monday 15 April. I then ask if I was being charged for the Machine,I was told by the gentleman that the charges stopped when I fist called on 4 April. Of course no one has picked up this machine. I called again today 19 April2019 the lady told there was no record of me ever calling to have them pick up the machine. I then tried to call the billing department twice on 5 April and spent two hours on the phone waiting for someone to answer. I hung up an then tried a second time and agin waited 1 1/2 hours and no one answered. In my opinion this company will only take advantage of anyone who uses the service they provide.
