It was my last stop before putting an order in for upstairs flooring (a combo of wood and carpet) and a designer friend recommended I stop in and see their selection before ordering elsewhere. Since I'm not a designer or contractor, I'm sure I had a lot of silly questions yet David was always friendly and knowledgable in answering all of my questions and walking me through the process. I was on a tight timeline so he put my order in quickly and made sure to provide updates along the way. One day I called when he was out of the office, and Ashleigh was wonderful to work with-- I needed a quick turnaround on additional product and she had it ordered and landed the next morning. What an awesome team! I look forward to working with them again on my next project!

From the minute we met Veronica we felt taken care of. We needed cabinets, flooring, fixtures and sinks for our condo remodel. We had a budget. We wanted to have quality products within this budget. Veronica was such a professional and her expertise was unparalleled. She guided us during the purchase process. But to our surprise she never left us. She kept us informed regarding arrival time and location assisting our contractor from beginning to the completion of our condo. Veronica was truly the most valuable resource through out our entire project. We had a great contractor but no one could replace Veronica for us during this process. After our condo was completed, Veronica continues to make sure everything is satisfactory to us. We so highly recommend ProSource specifically for Veronica Terriquez! Incredible!

I'm even more impressed with how they are extremely responsive to calls and texts. From both the owner and the installers. They were with me the whole way; from purchase, to delivery, to setup. I was always kept updated. The sauna was delivered around 5PM on a Friday and during setup, one of the installers noticed one part of the front wall panel was incorrect. Before I knew it, the installer was on his way for a replacement. I live in La Mesa and could not believe that the installer drove all the way back to San Carlos, to pickup up the correct part, and drove all the way back to La Mesa (on a Friday evening), just so I could have my sauna installed that day. They stayed late to make sure everything was installed correctly. Now that's customer service! The quality of my sauna is exceptional. Very well made, comfortable and should last for years. The heater was included and is of a top brand. I will definitely do business with this company again.

They all so carry bbq's and lots of other cool stuff. Do your wallet a huge favor and come in to see their selections. I really enjoy shopping at Costco Business Center in San Marcos. What makes this location stand out…read moreis what it doesn't have. There's no food court, no clothing section, and no gas station, which means the store is much easier to navigate and far less crowded than a traditional Costco. It's ideal forbulk purchasing, with early hours and a focus on restaurant, office, and commercial supplies. My favorite part? No sample stations. That means no groups of people blocking aisles while waiting for a tiny morsel of food. I can get in, find what I need, and check out without fighting crowds or maneuvering around carts parked in the middle of the aisle. So annoying! The store has a great selection of bulk food, beverages, and business supplies, and the quieter atmosphere makes shopping much more enjoyable. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the selection is more limited than a regular Costco warehouse. Still, if you're looking for a faster, less stressful Costco experience, this is an option. The service has been consistent. The value, well; shop around to check pricing. Costco isn't always the cheapest.
