Everything you need for health and fitness is right here...classes, equipment/machines and personal trainers. CLASSES - I've really been enjoying the classes so much and the teachers are amazing. There is so much variety! I love taking Amie's BODYPUMP class, Brooke's TONE class, Diane's PILATES (Mat & Reformer) class and Tamara's YOGA class.
