Marcus came out and measured everything and answered all my questions, Geoff was so helpful and kind in orchestrating the entire production, and the labor crew did an amazing job. Everyone was so nice and I couldn't be more satisfied with the result. It was truly a pleasure to work with them and I really appreciated their candor and reliability. He continues to lie and deceive his customers because he DID NOT complete the job on my garage. It starts with him claiming he will have the job completed in a short amount of time. He claimed he would have the renovation of my garage in 3 weeks at most...turned out to be over 3 months. Also, he claims that I didn't pay the "money owed", well that's due to the work not completed. By the 3rd month, we were fed up with being dragged along for crappy work so we directed him to not come back. The remaining scope he had left was the electrical work and we decided to go a different route and get a legit electrician to complete the job as we no longer trusted him to do a good job. The remaining amount that we didn't pay him was $800, the total agreed cost was $15,800. We felt justified that the remaining scope that he had not completed amounted to $800. I hope that my review strays future customers away from this contractor. Save yourself the headache and potentially spend a little more and go with someone else. Hopefully this will be my one and only bad experience as a homeowner hiring a contractor to perform work on my house.

Jason made sure we had samples to assist in getting our HOAs approval. Jason's crew showed up on time and were extremely courteous and professional. They completed the work on schedule and cost. They cleaned up the area thoroughly including using a magnet to ensure all the nails were removed. Jason also replaced some damaged siding for us matching it so closely you can not tell it was a repair. We also had him install gutter helmets and cleaned our gutters. Jason volunteered to give us a statement of remaining life for our roof when we sell our house in a few years. Our whole experience was extremely pleasant and we are totally pleased with the work and Jason and his crew. I highly recommend Jason and RJC for all your roofing needs and also for siding repair and replacement. We have already told Jason when we have to replace our siding, he has our business!

His drywall, painting, and tilework were all amateurish, which isn't good for a bathroom. His customer service sucked. My daughter noticed the smell of marijuana when his helper was taking a break. My son and daughter noticed he was using us all against each other so he could charge more (They own the house, I paid for the service). I paid him what he wanted just to get him out of the house. His word is not a bond. If you use him always get a change order.
