Right away, we knew he was trustworthy and running a good, quality business. Not only did he come in at almost 1/2 the sticker price of the big wig companies, the process was seamless. Once we got HOA and county permits, the project manager, Ryan took over and was phenomenal to work with. He communicated with us daily on what to expect throughout the process and answered any questions we had. The laborers were also friendly and courteous. The job was completed within the estimated time frame and met all of our expectations. There were no hidden additional costs and it was by far, the best experience with a contractor that we have ever had. BlackStar has built many of the decks in our neighborhood and comes highly recommended.
