It took about 20 minutes to walk around the entire area. However, it's not the smallest cemetery I've visited. Several tulips were in bloom. There are lots of trees. There are several benches throughout the cemetery. The driving lanes are very narrow. It's difficult for two cars to pass each other, but the paths are nice for walking. They have a special section of the cemetery called Babyland. That was sad. There were lots of balloons and flowers. One of the more interesting graves is one of Tent Girl (Barbara Hackmann Taylor), a young girl who was murdered in the 1960s. Her body was found along US 25. It took 30 years to identify her with DNA testing. She was the subject of a 48 Hours special. The headstone features a police sketch and description. There are many very old tombstones dating back to the 1800s as well as several new ones.

After vital statistics getting involved it was determined that Mr Fender never submitted the paperwork to the State of Kentucky. We live in Vermont and my wife was down there all alone in the worst situation of her life and I feel he figured out of sight out of mind when she was at her most vulnerable. We are facing financial repercussions due to not being able to file her D.C. with a few agencies. Instead of making this easier after the death of my beloved mother in law he's made this nightmare worse. Shame on you Fender Funeral Services and more importantly SHAME ON YOU personally Mr. Fender for avoiding the dozens of phone calls made to you since late December.

We were pre- planning both of our funerals. I am writing this unknown to Milward. I am a veteran and Mr. Hardy knew all about what to expect with Camp Nelson funerals. No up-selling just the facts. So pricing was fair and you choose the package that suits your needs. Casket cost seems to have the greatest room for savings if you don't forget that you are going to bury it not drive it around town. Mr. Hardy said he would meet us at any of Milward locations so we chose the North Broadway facility because it had the most caskets on display with pricing and descriptions attached. There are wooden and metal caskets. Research whether a gasket is important and the importance of the thickness (gauge) of metal caskets. It will help you choose a casket. Mr. Hardy was a good person.
