Instead of apologizing and taking responsibility for the situation, they started arguing with me and making excuses. Rather than focusing on fixing the problem, they seemed more concerned with proving that it wasn't their fault. As a business owner myself, I find that completely unacceptable. When a problem happens, you apologize, fix it, and take care of your customer. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. We are very disappointed with both the quality of the service and the way this situation was handled.

I am a review nut and found Blue Magic Pools in Coral Springs , I phoned and Serge made an appointment that afternoon. We received a very fair quote but I was really impressed with his honesty and knowledge. We wanted to add a marble coping and he allowed us to go to his wholesaler to select a gorgeous marble, the selection was incredible. Serge oversaw every detail of the entire job and had his talented team of tilers and electricians along with him. We were given a time frame and Serge delivered exactly when he said. After a Short Period of Time they Switched Our Pool Guy to an Unprofessional Idle Pool Man. Our Weekly Service was to Clean the Pool Filter, Skim the Pool, Scrub, Vacuum, and Check Pump. Their Prices are Competitive but the Service was Extremely Lacking. Once the "New" Pool Guys Started the Attention to Detail was Gone. He did not Respect Our Patio Furniture or Pool Area Surroundings. The Decline in Cleaning was Rapid, No Scrubbing, Minimal Vacuum Usage, Chemical Levels were Extremely Low, with Problem After Problem. We are not ones to Complain but with a Service you Pay for Monthly this should not be the Case. After Multiple Complaints over a Span of almost a Year I decided to Look for a New Pool Company. Overall, I'm Extremely Happy with Our New Pool Company. They notified us of the Chemical Levels being Extra Low and what needed to be done to Fix the Issue. George took the time to tell us what he needed (water level mostly) from us before he came in. Later he showed us evidence of the fix plus additional guidance for long term. We have an older pool that began losing water and needed a professional. We called George in the…read moremorning and he came to look at the pool four hours later! Polite, professional, on time and knowledgeable; all things that a a rarity in the south Florida market. He detected an external leak at the fountain feature and recommended someone to fix it. But in the meantime the pool kept losing water even though the fountain had been turned off. George came back out two days later, dove into the pool for more tests and used sonic technology on the paver deck to locate a leak in the old main drain rubber hose. He was careful not to disturb any pavers that were not absolutely necessary to move. He also put in a temporary plug to stop the leaking until the pipe could be repaired. Best of all, I thought that because he came back twice he would charge again, but he did it all for the same $350. If you have a leak, do not hesitate to call Poseidon!
